I get that Fitz is better than Jordy,
I don't buy what you are selling.
Fair point.
Jordy is playing at a very high level right now.
grass is green
Not always. Oh I guess there's a little green in there.
You could make a really strong argument that the best 5 WR's in football right now are CJ, AJ Green, Fitz, Jordy, and Demaryius Thomas in that order. Maybe Dez in place of Thomas. but those first 4 are pretty set.
Is Jordy part of that conversation because of the guy throwing him the ball? Yes. But you can't argue with his YAC production. I'm not sure he's ever played better football than he is right now.
That throw from AR on the 1st Jordy TD (inside corner route) was amazing. It was like Rodgers set it in Nelson's hands.
I don't think Charles Woodson in his prime defends that. As it is, the Queens defender had as close to perfect coverage as you can get. A ridiculous throw and catch
Watching that play from the end zone camera angle... it was ridiculous watching where AR threw the ball based on the route Jordy was running. It looked like a throw away when it left his hands. Ended up being absolutely perfect. Impossible angle.
No other QB throws either of those balls that Jordy took for TDs.
If Ponder was his QB, Jordy would have a stat line of 3 catches for 30 yards and 0 TDs and we'd all be saying he sucks.
When Rodgers was in college he displayed these amazing runs of consecutive completions that were all about extreme accuracy. He just has a knack for it. I think you have to perhaps go back to Ken Anderson to find a comparable in the NFL.

At 1m30s in Jay Glazer gives an angle on the Gonzalez to the Packers screw job that he said he never told anyone before. Nothing earth shattering, but it's interesting to hear how that went down with the reaction from Gonzalez.
Those catches fell in Jordy's lap...er... hands.

Yet 21 GM's, coaches, and scouts felt that insane accuracy wouldn't translate to the NFL. And a special thanks once again to Dallas and Minny for passing him over twice. We will never be able to say thank you enough. Ever.
Jordy has been doing this since 2011. He had an amazing season that year and was on pace for a pretty great season last year before getting injured.
I remember discussion about whether or not Jordy's speed is not respected by DB's because of his skin color. Gotta think that's not true anymore now that he's established himself.

And Carl Peterson wonders why he is unemployed.

Wow, what's the strain?
grass is green
No wonder you don't like grass! You got to let it cure! Dum dum.

If that's an image of Cutlers ovaries I'd say it's the strain of a busy weekend. Even a Fram filter can't deal with semen deposits like that.

Ahh..did Jordy not have a big game or two when Flynn was throwing him the ball?
Huge game in the 2011 season ender against Detroit. I think Flynn benefited from Jordy (and company) based on how things have shaken out since that game though.
man, I thought Huff was gonna be a stud in the NFL.
I was wrong.
Me too.
Me three
Guilty as well.
I'm just sad this guy was right.
Yea... Dead on assessment of Harrell, but a dumdum none the less.
Can't understand why TT wouldn't trade for him:
Washington Redskins tight end Fred Davis admitted to reporters today that he routinely falls asleep during team meetings.
"I've never slept through a whole meeting, but I've nodded off,'' Davis said. "I mean everyone nods off. It's dark in there. You nod off. You wake up, go get something to drink and go back. I've done that.''
And Davis, whose role has diminished to being deactivated for the past two games, had hoped to be traded.
"Definitely," Davis said. "If I was on another team, you'd see what I can do."
Davis has just three receptions for 25 yards this season with rookie Jordan Reed replacing him in the starting lineup.
"It's frustrating not to be out there because I know there are plays I could make,'' Davis said. "I just want to play. I like it here. I was drafted here. But at the same time, I want to play. If I can't play here, then, I'd rather play somewhere else.''
Do you think he wants to play?
We'll if I'm making what he makes I'd probably invest in a cup of coffee and you know, at least pretend I'm interested in playing in the NFL.
Time for a sleep study.
even if "everyone" occasionally falls asleep in meetings, you gotta have the shmarts to keep that to yourself and not advertise it to the media - especially when you've been replaced in the lineup by a rookie and you wanted to be traded.
might have the talent, doesn't appear to have the desire or the shmarts.
"love his honesty".

Impossible. Jordy can't be on the list. He's white.
All for $1 Million a year.
Bills released QB Matt Flynn and signed FB Evan Rodriguez.
