Stupid call. Like the attempt...but throw the ball past the sticks...It's time for Brett to live up to his namesake, ignore the fat coach and heave rocket balls downfield with reckless abandon. At least it will be entertaining and will get the crowd in the game.
They're better off going with Callahan at this point.

That's what I've said the last week. I was desperately hoping to be wrong
Hundley is okay-and will prove that with another team. MCcarthy has had 2 really, really bad games in a row---and it's because he has lost his touch and can't coach without an all world QB.

well. i feel bad for the people that paid for those tickets i really do. i think this was a mke game, its a real shame. i also feel bad for that bunch that travel far to see the team play and have to see this garbola. i almost traveled 12 hours to see this - decision was made in sept so i am glad i am home watching.
King just looked like he tried NOT to intercept that ball.

Ok. So GB throws three consecutive plays against a six man box then runs a Cobb sweep against a nine man box on 4th down.
They need to get out of their own way. Aaron Jones would have changed that entire sequence of plays if they just get out of their own way.
You can put this on McCarthy, and maybe you're right, but I've seen him try several different ways to get Hundley going and the guy hasn't been successful in any of them. At some point, the QB has to perform.

Crabtree probably has some inside knowledge too - Nelson, Cobb, Rodgers, Bak, Bulaga, and some others played with him.
This is damning either way. If MM/TT knew he was this bad and didn't move to get a better backup, they were negligent. If they couldn't figure out he was this bad after 3 training camps, they were idiots.
