Yes the success-o-meter is pegged over the last 60 years for Minnesota.

Well he's not the sharpest light bulb in the toolbox. no wonder you're excited!

I see your bed partner Jayblo say that a lot too. Is that the sound you made every time Foles launched a TD against the greatest defensive team ever assembled?

Cracks me up.  What's he gonna say?

"I'm going to MN to add to the 60 year history of not winning a championship.  I'm excited to add to their nothingness, and be part of an organization that has never won, nor ever will win a Super Bowl, as long as I'm on the roster."

Or, "I'm just here for the money. Like my new best friend Kirk."

Spot on.   It will be interesting to see who has the better stats at the end of the season, Wilkerson or Richardson.  Of course if Wilkerson has 5 sacks, 50 tackles, and a couple of forced fumbles, Nut Sack and Jayblow will stay say Richardson was better even if he had 2 sacks and 20 tackles.   That extra $5 million bought them so much.

Wilkerson will have better stats on the packers #24 ranked defense than Richardson will have on the Vikings #1 ranked defense.

You will claim victory.

We should just let our Viking acquaintance have his 15 minutes where he actually has room to sh*t talk, don’t argue with him. It’s been a sad almost 30 years of watching the Packers success (including countless division titles, multiple playoff wins, SB wins, and MVP awards) with only a handful of successful Vikings seasons, so whenever they have success I think it’s important to let him feel like a winner. History tells us it won’t last, that the Vikings just peaked, so he and others will disappear soon enough to wallow in sadness.

Well, he's never been accused of being bright.  He'll fit right in.

Proclaiming to be #1 in March. Boris is right, always champions or #1 ranked in March and April.   #1 ranked in 2017. They looked like a #1 against the Saints and the Eagles.   Let's wait and see what 2018 brings shall we.

Packers 7-9 without Rodgers.  Vikings are relevant for 1 year in that absence.  Green Bay retools after such a sub standard season.

All this FA crap means little right now because the Packers don't know how Pettine is going to shape the defense as he is a solid DC unlike Wizarding.  The Vikings don't know if their OC is worth two ****s after Shurmer left and if Cousins will be anything more than Case Osweiler.

So blow your party favors, we haven't even hit the draft and we sure the hell don't know what's going to happen opening day.

Ah, yes!  The injury card!

The Vikings were incredibly fortunate to not lose, say, their starting QB or possible OROY!  If they would have lost players like that, no way they go 13-3 and make it to the NFCCG.  They’d have been 7-9, just like the talent laden packers.

Thank God the Vikings didn’t suffer any injuries last year.

For those complaining about our lower available Cap dollars now, remember we used a lot of the available Cap money to extend Adams and Linsley back in December. In effect we extended our top 2 internal priorities way before the feeding frenzy of the past week started. So, of course, we now have less Cap room because of those prior moves. Had we not done that perhaps Adams and Linsley get crazy money this week and we then have have even more holes to fill.

No comparison at all to a HOF QB versus Scrub Von Rookiepants.

Leave the commentary to Bigus Sackus.

Relevant one year, gets pasted in NFCC.

Once again, show me where I claimed victory.  You are just like Trump, make things up to try and prove your point.  You claim Richardson is on a #1 defense. I said wait and see what 2018 brings, that's all.  I guess you like alternative facts.

Those aren't sexy moves.  Come to think of it there seems to be some sizable contracts upcoming for the Vajeenery.  Hence the kitchen sink.

I'm not saying any such thing.  I'm saying that Richardson is not on the  Suckqueens #1 defense.  We will all see what # defense Richardson is on with the Suckqueens at the completion of the 2018 season. .

So you’re saying the packers are totally dependent on one player?

Fair enough.

I'd rather be dependent upon arguably one of the top 3 players in the league, you know, someone who could actually make the difference and win a super bowl, than have a interchangeable washed out vanilla qb room and "stout" defense that craps the bed in their 2 biggest games.

It's all about catching lightning in a bottle and going on a run.

With Dom Capers as DC, yes.  Yet you think a guy that can float a whole team, including a **** defense is somehow comparable to, well, any player on the Vikings roster.

Think about that.

I asked this same question of packidurr ang got no response.  Maybe you can take a stab at it.

The Vikings signed Cousins and Richardson, and still have $15M in cap money left FOR THIS YEAR.

Which players, and their sizeable contracts, are they going to lose?

Give me three:

1)

2)

3)

Sheldon Richardson43DTVikings UFA$8,000,000$0
Brian Robison43DEVikings UFA$3,750,000$3,900,000

Needed to run from that Aaron Rodgers slaughter?  If you keep this up you'll probably be the only cut.

I don't respond when idots ask me questions. I only respond when idots say stupid things.

Here, let's break it down further.  See, the issue is the Vikings will have to and can pay some big upcoming contracts, which like every team, will eventually stretched the cap.

The point being the window is quite a bit smaller when you don't have a HOF QB.  Hence, getting pasted 38-7 probably isn't going to cut it.  So as I said, the kitchen sink.

So they won’t be able to re-sign any of those guys?

I'll take your word on the Vikes cap space.  I just checked OTC, Packers were at 29.5 mil under, without Graham or Mo counted.  So, figure 19 mil for those two this year, leaves them at 10.5 under (low estimate), probably closer to 13 under.

Now, they do have lots of picks to sign this year, but if #12 extends this year, that could drop his number.

Pretty close to wash for cap space.

Now, my question.  Both teams signed 2 "marquee" FA's.

Whose acquisitions helped their team the most?  Graham is a significant upgrade at TE for the Pack.  Losing Jordy (by his numbers) doesn't hurt much, but chemistry and everything else is tough to measure.  Is Cousins statistically that much of an upgrade compared to Case?  Does it match the upgrade Graham gives the TE group in GB?

What, no edit?  You actually think you cherry pick and twist a nuance with me?  You do realize me being nice to you is simply out of pity.
