MVS talks are heating up.
Rasul is definitely a huge depth piece for the D and should make that trio tops in the NFL by season's end. But what the D loses by subtracting Campbell would far outweigh what it would lose by subtracting Rosul. I don't know how that is even debatable. Maybe it's not and I'm arguing with myself.

I don't think this at all precludes the FO from taking a high pick at DL. What interests me more about this draft is how much influence (if at all) AR will have on it considering his new player/GM status. If the FO goes pass catcher in the first four picks I'm sure many will point to the QBGM.
When the Packers were playing Seattle a few years back I kept looking at Reed and told myself we could really use a big fatty like that. Letâs hope heâs got more than a bit left in the tank.

I believe the Packers coaching staff, particularly the DL coach, has been fairly positive in his comments about Lowryâs play this past season.
So Lowry, Heflin, Reed, Clark and Slaton would be the rotation if the season started today. That makes them not desperate for a d-lineman in the draft.

I really like the Reed signing. He seems to be exactly what we've been lacking on the DL - a guy who's really hard to move, can tackle in the running game, and can push the pocket a bit. I'd still like to see a DL drafted in the first 4 picks but Reed makes it less of a need for 2022.

Really like the Reed signing as well. Former second-rounder who's underachieved and the possibility is there that he could emerge just as Campbell did.
