You obviously are confused and believe I give two ****s about either side using PR rather than pointing out of the ridiculous phony nature of the whole ordeal.

Let's ask the question more generally.  Why is there public outrage when some groups of people are accused of domestic abuse or child abuse, but not others?  Why is everybody going nuts over Goodell not having punished Ray Rice enough, but fairly silent about the prosecutor and judge not having punished him enough?  And they clearly had the video.

Shed some light on this for me... you have a significant problem with a grown man beating down a woman, but don't have the same feelings about a grown man beating a 4 year old child down with a stick?

I'm sorry if I misunderstood you.  I just don't get the "OMG!  He tried to make himself not look like a thug in his mug shot!" moral outrage that accompanies this stuff in some quarters.

I think your massive projection has more to do with me touching that secret religious nerve you so carefully guard and try to hide.  No conflicts there.

Yes, I would also like an explanation for this. Have you seen the pictures? You are one really smart man, Boris. Somehow, I think i misunderstood your intended meaning.

for the Gravediggers of the world, I will go ahead and offer a definition of discipline vs punishment.  Discipline is about learning, it indicates what you need to do in the future to do better.  Discipline is logical and connects the consequence to the infraction.  When using discipline, the individual may or may not feel discomfort, but that is all on the shoulders of the person being disciplined.  Discipline is not effective unless it is about "making it right." Punishment is about an inferior/superior relationship.  The punisher does not feel the punishment is complete until the individual has felt enough pain.  It is not about learning, does not indicate what you need to in the future and does not leave the punished any more prepared to do better in the future.  Punishment is about power, discipline is about teaching.  Discipline is about making you better, punishment is about making you smaller.

Thanks for offering that definition. Not sure why the Gravediggers of the world needed it? I didn't condone this behavior.

Didn't you get the memo?  All of us down south condone this stuff.  It never, ever happens north of the Mason-Dixon line.  Only down south.  It's cultural.

You can look it up.

we are so backwoods and hokey down here but every year more and more people leave the north to live here. Must be the fried chicken, Ray Charles Music, and Iced Tea. I guess they don't have Popeyes up there. That would have me moving south too.

So I should ask for the type 2 diabetes menu?

you can but it would still be the same thing except they would use EVO instead of lard for the fried foods.
