No excuse?
I'm glad you're able to shed hundreds of years of culture up to & including how AP himself was "disciplined". Nice to know he'll be in the electric chair. Thanks Mr. Judge, jury & executioner.

Boy, it doesn't matter what I say, you'll find fault with it. I was abused/hit by my father but was able to transend that behavior when raising my child. I did't hit my child.
I've seen a couple references to the victim having injuries to his scrutom on here but haven't seen that in any news. Link?
If accurate, how could you possibly defend this as just discipline?!?!
Edit - Found it. That's not culture, that's criminal abuse. Dude deserves prison time.
GFY asshole. You're just a bitter troll because the only spouse you can get comes in a bag with 11 other pairs of tube socks.
You obviously are confused and believe I give two ****s about either side using PR rather than pointing out of the ridiculous phony nature of the whole ordeal.
Do you see POLICE DOMESTIC ABUSE anywhere in the thread title? No you don't dipschit, that's because the thread is about Adrian Peterson.
Go take your police hate and shove it.
I'm sorry if I misunderstood you. I just don't get the "OMG! He tried to make himself not look like a thug in his mug shot!" moral outrage that accompanies this stuff in some quarters.quote:You obviously are confused and believe I give two ****s about either side using PR rather than pointing out of the ridiculous phony nature of the whole ordeal.

Shed some light on this for me... you have a significant problem with a grown man beating down a woman, but don't have the same feelings about a grown man beating a 4 year old child down with a stick?
I'll put it right next to your Fedya hate, and we can call it a draw. OK?
Well the police actually serve a useful purpose, you don't.
So you can pretty much "put it" where the sun don't shine for all I care.
I respectfully disagree with Shoeless. Fedumdum serves a very useful purpose. He's somebody we can all point at and say, "Jesus ****, I guess my life isn't so bad after all."

I think your massive projection has more to do with me touching that secret religious nerve you so carefully guard and try to hide. No conflicts there.
The look of a guy who feels he's done absolutely nothing wrong:
PR machine ramping up. Smile for your mugshot.
Pakrz is just thankful that people are seeing something other than his posts as the shiny object to attack.
If by "shiny object" you mean stoopid troll schit I say so people will pay attention to me, then we may finally agree on something.
Freud just rolled over in his grave, reincarnated, did a gram of blow, killed himself and rolled over in his grave again.

Yes, I would also like an explanation for this. Have you seen the pictures? You are one really smart man, Boris. Somehow, I think i misunderstood your intended meaning.
for the Gravediggers of the world, I will go ahead and offer a definition of discipline vs punishment. Discipline is about learning, it indicates what you need to do in the future to do better. Discipline is logical and connects the consequence to the infraction. When using discipline, the individual may or may not feel discomfort, but that is all on the shoulders of the person being disciplined. Discipline is not effective unless it is about "making it right." Punishment is about an inferior/superior relationship. The punisher does not feel the punishment is complete until the individual has felt enough pain. It is not about learning, does not indicate what you need to in the future and does not leave the punished any more prepared to do better in the future. Punishment is about power, discipline is about teaching. Discipline is about making you better, punishment is about making you smaller.
Didn't you get the memo? All of us down south condone this stuff. It never, ever happens north of the Mason-Dixon line. Only down south. It's cultural.
You can look it up.
I think that statements a bit much.
Are we talking about slap and tickle again?
I'll get back to you when I catch my breath. These little ****ers are pretty fast.
Quit greasin' them up.

we are so backwoods and hokey down here but every year more and more people leave the north to live here. Must be the fried chicken, Ray Charles Music, and Iced Tea. I guess they don't have Popeyes up there. That would have me moving south too.
I know what Southern food is. Grits, Chicken and Dumplings, Collard Greens, Fried Pork Chops, Rice and Gravy, Meatloaf, Watermelon, and so on. I have no idea what Northern food is. Brats is about it I would guess. If people come down here and ask where the best southern food is, I know where to send them. Do people visiting up north even ask for Northern food?
Beef pasties from the UP are pretty damn good.
Also, beer battered perch from Maricque's bar on the East side of Green Bay* are freaking AWESOME.
(*Green Bay, Wisconsin)
Edit: Also, they are pronounced "PASSties"

So I should ask for the type 2 diabetes menu?
Yeah, there is no duplicating a WI Friday night fish fry.
Damn...supper clubs...
actually did the Mirraqus (sp) friday night fish fry first trip up there. I was somewhat dissapointed. I don;t like my fish to taste fishy. Maybe it was just a bad batch. Loved Titletown Brewery tho and the steak place where everyone grills their own food.
Cajun food is definitely the best. Gumbo, are you fn kidding me?
Pisses me off they perfected crawfish boils, too. We have plenty of crayfish in Wisconsin, and all we did was boil 'em in water.

you can but it would still be the same thing except they would use EVO instead of lard for the fried foods.
Supper Clubs and relish trays. Incredibly underrated. No such places in CA. Sad. Second the Cajun comment. Guy in town here was a head chef in LA for years and opened a small Cajun joint. Red beans and rice with an andouille sausage link every Saturday afternoon. He starts serving it at 11am, gone by 12:30.
