Kimbrel hasnβt exactly been lights out for the Cubs.

Kestdaddy is just killinβ it, Music. What a treat to see. Pure hitting power combined with the sweetest swing. Heβs hitting pitches out to opposite field that are rare. That was an 85 mph breaking ball low and outside, and sent it on a rope over right field fence.
Ties Molitor 3rd all-time Brewers rookie hitting streak at 15 games. 3 more sets team record.
Dudeβs hitting .333 with 11 HR 27 RBI in 42 games. 7 SB and a 1.033 OPS .399 OBP and .635 SLG. Unreal.
Love that they lit up Kimbrel.

Sorry couldn't be here to chat.
Had a prior commitment at Miller Park.
Amazing game to be at. Moving kinda slow this am for some reason.
Ha! Dog!!! Youβre a professional. Youβll snap out of it. Now, go get yourself a good bloody...
woooooooohoooooooooooo!!!! those homers in the 10th by Yelich and my my Hiura, kinda the things you dream about.
give this a try PACKDOG
does this Hiura home run link work from reddit ????

The best part of the AB was that for such a young player, Hiura stayed with it. Kimbrel had just thrown 2 95 mph fastballs right by him and then comes back with that breaking ball and Hiura hits a rope to the opposite field. That was not a bad pitch. Kimbrel threw it right where the catcher had set up and it was down and away. Most young players (heck, most players) are way out in front of that because they are trying to protect against the high fastball again.
Zach Davies gets hammered. I think Schwarber hit that grand slam into outer space. ESPN has it at 473 feet.
Well. We still have 24 outs to get this back.
play ball, an eazy 1,2,3 first inning For Brewers, Zack Davies, not so easy in inning # 2. Brewers will have to play catch-up today, down 4-0. early though only 2nd inning.

some little kid found the ball in downtown Sheboygan.
Damn, Christian didnβt even move........ just watched it leave the State. Come on Crew.......
Davies got a little better facing Schwarber this time. Only a 3 run HR and only 390 feet.
Seriously, you'd have thought CC would have been looking to the bullpen after Davies walked 2 guys (with a fielders choice sandwiched in between) to face Schwarber.
Down 7-0 in a really key game after 3 1/2 innings. You can't win them all, but it would have been nice if Davies could have pitched well enough to give them a chance.
Can the pitcher hit him next time he comes up to bat, and just kill him???
The HRs are bad enough, but Davies has walked 3 guys over 4 innings and all 3 have scored on Scwarber HRs.
The guy was 2 for his last 24.

Schwarzer was 2 for his last 24 and was hitting .221 coming into the game. Davies shouldn't hit him. Davies should just not suck.
Time for a hike.
Cβmon Saladinger!!!
dont go away folks, bases loaded with Brewers
Para breaks the seal.
Do they have another all the way comeback in them?
Yelich drives in another. 7-3. 2 out. 2 on 2nd & 3rd. Quintana gone! Here come the Brewers.

Absolutely. A shit ton of βem! This team can hit. Figure some of their prize players have slumped. Theyβre working out of it. Arciaβs AB drawing the walk was huge. Measure of his progress at the plate.

Especially with how shaky the Cubs bullpen has been. Gotta get within 2-3 runs to have a shot.
Yup- theyβre into the soft part of the Cubs staff now. Need to stop giving up runs though...
Jeffress is a problem... they need to sit him down for a while.
Jefress would have been fine if Jesus took the time to stretch for the ball on the schwarber hit

Walks and poor defensive play get losing teams beat.
Yeah. They can still do this. Astros leading Cards 5-0. Would be another nice steal if Brewers can come back for the W.
This will get um going, Thunderbird fly-over in 10 minutes. 3:30pm
The 43,544 at todays game is the 10th sell-out this year, and pushes the 2019 attendance over 2 million.
Tampa Bay building but looking to win immediately stealing veteran Sogard. Apparently Rays like him more than Jesus!
Next. Can't win them all. It's baseball. At least we won the series.

Would be nice if they were Brewers fans.
Cubs fans pay with American money.

No reason Brewer fans can't travel to Wrigley either.
I wonder how many Christian's and Keston's will be born in Wisconsin over the next few years.
Brewers deadline trade.
They reacquire Jordan Lyles. He's been absolutely awful the last two months, but maybe they can use him out of the pen and get by an inning at a time. Once the rosters expand in September that's probably what will happen if we're still in it anyway.

He won five of his first six decisions, and then fell into a deep slump. He had a 9.58 ERA in eight starts since the end of May, leaving him 5-7 overall with a 5.36 ERA.
