They are following the CDC guidelines. Not giving a fuck would be if they ignored them, which they have full authority to do if they wanted do. They are guidelines, not laws.

Somebody on here has a hatred for the Vikings that burns white hot, and he has eloquently expressed his reasoning before. That one post took about half a page, IIRC.
Search as I may, I cannot find it, but sure would like to read it again!
What say you experts? Know who it is or can you find the post?
It should be reposted before every Packers/Vikes game, IMHO.
I am praying the Packers are not sleepwalking through this game, on their way to the playoffs. That is a recipe for disaster, IMO. We need to trounce these wannabes at Lambeau to put a dagger in their hopes of making the playoffs! GO PACK, GO!!! CRUSH THOSE GRAPES!!!

That would be ChilliJon.
I hate the Vikings with a white hot hatred as well. but my attention span prevents me from any lengthy rant.
Now if the Packers sleep walk through this game everyone one of them including MLF will need a swift kick in the balls!
I still want a crushing, but with how the Packers have been playing recently, a one point win will make me very happy.
There is no way the Packers are not up for this game. Division rival with a chance for a bye on the line.
If they get beat it's because MN was better on that day. They are tough matchup for us and a talented squad.
They've been in a lot of one score games, like GB but have come up short more often than not. Thanks, cuz. Thanks, AR.

The Green Bay Packers are planning on officially activating CB Jaire Alexander from IR today, per source.

Come on Eileen.
â@TomSilverstein: #Packers coach Matt LaFleur said CB Jaire Alexander will be activated to the 53-man roster today and continue practicing.
LaFleur said the #Packers will be up to about 15 players on the COVID list today. That would mean three more added.
Unless they've had some losses due to COVID-19, the #Packers' O-line remains status quo. Neither David Bakhtiari nor Billy Turner will practice today and C Josh Myers isn't ready to begin his three-week practice window.â
MeanwhileâĶ Vikings have placed WR Adam Thielen on IR with a season-ending ankle injury.
Yeah 15 players going on Covid list for the Pack is pretty scary. They were thin before this outbreak, going to be a rough game with all those guys missing.

It will be interesting to see how they use Jaire if he does get into a game. If I'm playing the Packers, I try to run some outside running plays to his side and make him play the run to test that shoulder. If he's limited in tackling because of the shoulder he might make the run defense even more of a liability. If that's the case, do they limit their use of him as the 3rd or 4th CB in obvious passing situations?

Especially with Cook activated officially now.

I'm not sure if he's going to have a side. I think he's going to play the star position and just follow the Justin Jefferson for each team around the field.
Found on the internet:
Packers have a 5-1 record against teams that have winning records. In the NFC, only Tampa Bay has a better mark at 6-1. The combined records of those teams the Packers beat is 46-29 (.613); the combined mark for those teams the Buccaneers beat is 54-36 (.600).
Of the other top contenders, the Cardinalsâ record against winning teams is 4-3, the Cowboysâ is 3-3 and the Ramsâ is 3-4.
â@bylindsayhjones: The NFL sent a memo to teams today outlining the steps for activating a player off the reserve/COVID list following yesterdayâs protocol change. A player can play on the day heâs cleared, but if Day 5 is a game day, he must be activated the day before.â
So as I read this, Marcedes Lewis could play on Sunday versus the V***s if heâs activated by 4:00 pm EST on Saturday.
I'll believe a player is a go the same week he tests positive when it actually happens. Has it actually happened yet?

This is the first week itâs a possibility, with the new 5 day vice 10 day limit.

Well, I mean the protocol that allowed two negative tests 24 hours apart. It was previously possible for a vaccinated player to return the same week but I don't think it ever happened.
More than likely there are now a bunch of players that are positive and have some mild(ish) symptoms but aren't reporting them and don't get tested unless they are chosen randomly. Herd immunity for the NFL incoming.

Worked with a guy whose spine was crooked so his right shoulder was lower than his left. Yes we called him Eileen!
Read elsewhere that We have a significant advantage in Adams, Rodgers and Kenny Clark having previously had COVID, which means they get a 90-day âtesting holiday,â where they are exempt from testing. Clark is clear for the rest of the season, Adams right up to the NFCCG and Rodgers up to the week after that game.
Green Bay weather forecasts are predicting 4°F / -16°C at kickoff on Sunday night for Packers vs Vikings ðĨķ

I thought it was Ike Um Freely.
So my father-in-law, who's a Viqueens fan, is coming over for the game Sunday night. He was over for the first matchup, and I gritted my teeth when I said, "nice game." Oh, I was so pissed. This time they come to Lambeau to play on The Frozen Tundra with their playoff lives on the line. They say revenge is a dish best served cold, and so it will be.

Nope! Only for a small fee. 100 bucks per inch. Yup, I charge 10 bucks.
From packers.com:
The Green Bay Packers have activated CB Jaire Alexander (ji-air) off injured reserve, elevated T/G Cole Van Lanen from the practice squad to the active roster as a COVID-19 replacement, placed S Henry Black, P Corey Bojorquez (buh-HOR-kez), TE Tyler Davis and DL Kingsley Keke (kee-kee) on the reserve/COVID-19 list, signed LB Aaron Adeoye (uh-DAY-oh-yay), T Adrian Ealy, CB Jayson Stanley and RB Kerrith Whyte to the practice squad and placed Stanley on the practice squad reserve/COVID-19 list.
No Bojo! Down to two TEâs (Deguara, Dafney).
@RobDemovsky: Actually, I'm told Bojorquez still has a chance to play Sunday. His positive test was actually yesterday.
Fuck it, just don't punt!
And go for 2...
Oh yeah, didn't think of that. He's the holder.
OK, all gas, no fuckin brakes!

I was thinking it was Satori, but others have said Chilijon. Maybe both wrote an epic hate filled post?
Thought Keke had already been on the covid list...??
If it's going to be around 0 degrees Fahrenheit and you have a backup holder, you don't kick FGs or XPs at all.
You do need someone to punt though, since field position may be at a premium (depending on the wind).
This is the type of game that Dillon was drafted for.
