Benkert posted some vids a while back from his days punting in college.

Might as well get everybody on the list now so there wonβt be any surprises when itβs playoff time.
Unless Corey Wigglebutt gets really sick, they should be fine

I think that was USA Monday.
At the very least USA Yesterday.
MVS off COVID list.

Can Molsen punt?
So, add MVS to the guys who will be EXEMPT from testing through the playoffs.

A one point victory will not make me happy. I want to see the Packers put a drubbing on them. Otherwise, the Vikings will be able to think they belong up there with the elite teams, in the League.
Our DBs will have to find a way to nullify those crossing routes that allow WRs, like Jefferson, to get so wide open. That's the vikings' MO on passing plays. I hope Jaire is ready to play. We'll need him! Cover TE Conklin underneath the coverage, WRs Jefferson and Osborn deep and Thielen around the line to gain. Pressure Kark and he'll throw up a few ducks. Stop their run game, like we kind of did the first time we played, this season, and we should be good to go. GO PACK, GO!!!
Don't have to worry about Thielen. He is out for the remainder of the season.
The weather along with Quadzillaβs Thunder Thighs just scream that MLF has to run AJ Dillon down the throats of the queens ALL game long.
Want to slow down Cook and keep the Packers run defense off the field? Run #28 over and over, go on 10-12 play long sustaining drives sucking up time of possession. This is basically why you drafted him. No defense is going to want to tackle that dude in zero degree weather by the 2nd half. A key reason why Home field advantage also matters come playoff time

They can think that all they want while packing up their lockers and going home. Just win!

Start of the 4th qtr. 2nd and 1 from their own 35. 65 yrd. bomb to MVS to end it!

This.
Plus, I would like to see 2 back sets with AJ & AJ. Motion Jones out and either bang it with Dillon, or swing it to Jones. Both should wear down the D. This game would be perfect to use both AJs, A LOT!

IDK about that ... if both teams were to just line up and run the ball it is advantage Vikings...yes Dillon is good, but he isn't Dalvin Cook , especially vs. a run defense that has been poor lately. AR in his presser talked about how he feels he has a real advantage when the temp is 10 degrees or below. Said the defense "slows down" ... I would think our biggest advantage is AR over Cousins, especially in these weather conditions.
Whatever the plan, i hope they stick to what's working, be it the run, pass, or hopefully both. If they have a lead in the 4th, i hope they don't let up and they keep on trucking, if not to score more, just to eat some time off the clock and give the defense some rest.
A fella can dream.
I would love to see a 35-3 ass whooping....really beat the snot out of them.
Minny returned some of their game tickets so the Packers have made them available.
Viking fans "refphobia" kicking into high gear!

Don't expect him back soon.

Thelen is done for the year.
@TomSilverstein: #Packers coach Matt LaFleur said they have had three additional COVID additions, but none are on the active roster. One was a support staff member. Said players are starting to come back,, including MVS.
LaFleur said there are contingency plans in case P Corey Bojorquez isn't cleared from COVID. He didn't say what they were, but expect a punter or two in for tryouts today.

If Packers secure home field it's 4 weeks.

I could see the Packers running wide early with Jones to tire out the Big Guys, then smash em with Dillon. Early in the game, the DL are fresh and its a tougher slog running right at em. A little Aaron Jones tenderizing can help soften their resolve later in the game.
Fatigue makes cowards of us all... and so does tackling AJ Dillon in the cold
Would be wonderful to run all over them but methinks 12 will be wanting to light it up with 17. MVP just sitting out there for the philosopher king. He does what he does.
I will say this: the Vikes do not have a DB to match up with Adams like Ward of the Browns.
Cobb activated from IR!
Cobb had core muscle surgery during the bye and now has been designated to return off IR. https://t.co/rYVKnGupMU https://t.co/rHFPsaiaWO
β Rob Demovsky (@RobDemovsky) December 30, 2021
One caveat with Cobb returning is that the #Packers often use practice as rehab, so no guarantee he is activated from IR this week. But the fact he was running routes in full pads is a pretty good sign. https://t.co/2M2XREvJOx

They had to activate him or lose him for the season. I think they are hoping he'll be ready for the Super Bowl.

Saving him for the playoffs.
Packers are -7
@TomSilverstein: #Packers add G Elgton Jenkins and OLB Randy Ramsey to the COVID-19 reserve list. Both players are on injured reserve. Also, CBs Kevin King and Shemar Jean-Charles were officially activated off the COVID list.
Put King waaay down on the bench.

But they didn't activate him yet. They started the 21 day countdown so he could return to practice.
