In a lot of cases, the more a marginally talented quarterback plays, the worse he does. Teams can study video and exploit weaknesses.

Yahoo fantasy football writer recommends picking up Flynn:

Matt Flynn (QB) Green Bay Packers
For some guys it’s all about system familiarity. Suiting up for his third franchise this year, Flynn, plucked off the street a couple weeks ago, was thrust into action Sunday after Mike McCarthy grew tired of Scott Tolzien’s ineffectiveness. Comfortable and surprisingly on-point against a banged up Minnesota secondary, the journeyman went 21-for-36 for 218 yards and a touchdown. He also chewed up 24 yards on the ground. The Packers hoped that Aaron Rodgers would be available for their critical division test on Thanksgiving at Detroit. With that unlikely, Flynn will trot out with the first team, and presumably strike a $30 million offseason deal with a QB-desperate team. Detroit has surrendered five multi-TD passers in its last seven games. And the last time Flynn faced them as a Packer … well … records were shattered. Owners in deep leagues should monitor his situation closely. FAAB ($100 budget): $7
