Want to see more Gunt this year.

At 6-1½ and 200 pounds, Gunter made the team last season as an undrafted free agent from Miami. He aggravated receivers with his long arms and forceful punch, the result of which was a penchant for aggressive man coverage.

Another UDFA from Thompson.

Wow!! Davante Adams can leap 49 yards?  Why didn't we know this before?

That just made me picture him as DaVante Austin, 6-Million Dollar Wideout, Ba-na-na-na-na-ns Ba-na-na-na-na-na, except he's actually in real-time vs. slow motion even though it looks the same.

The ridiculously early drunken bar stool 2016 draft grade.

1. Clark (A+) Possible Home run here. No real negatives have come out yet. Only positives.

Early word is that he keeps his pad level low and uses his hands well to fight off blocks setting himself up for solid success. For a guy that is still just 20 years old, holy smokes. If we plug him in...and we hear almost nothing...including no big rips up the gut of our defense...that's all he needs to do this year. Sounds like maybe he can do that. Next season we can drop zone him on Cutler and teach him hula moves.

2. Spriggs (B) Early word is that he has the athleticism (namely instincts and footwork) to be a left tackle. He is holding his own in pass protection for the most part, problems are with upper body strength, proper punch technique and run blocking will be a work in progress. Nothing that isn't already built into the expectations. RIP Denny Green, but he is what we thought he was.

You can't teach a prototypical 6'5" athletic Left tackle build, and you can't teach having natural athleticism and footwork.

All of his current negatives are things you can teach or improve over the next year through  coaching, Peds and weight room.

3. Fackrell (No grade) Nothing much to report here. It's not bad, just complete lack of information so far.

4. Martinez (B) But Possible Home Run  based on need.

Early word is very positive and early indications are the Packers will give him every opportunity to start and play himself out of the opportunity or fill a big need and succeed. The latter would make that a Home Run pick for a team that has a big need here at ILB.

Sitting on a bar stool quaffing beer and shots we will be optimistic that the early indications pan out for a solid ILB that can cover. All the scuttlebutt is positive..no negatives ...yet...and I hear he knocks the stuffing out of the giant donut...so there is that.

4. Lowry (No grade) Nothing very negative yet, that is a positive at this point.

5.  Davis (No grade) Even sitting drunk on a bar stool I didn't get too excited about catching passes with shorts on. Since the pads came on... we have radio silence from the guy.

No worries. He's a flyer that was a flyer. We won't know much until next season.

He's Eliot Wolf's project anyway. This is Wolf's first pick as practice for future Packer GM. Ted threw Eliot a bone,,, and the young Wolf took his old man's advice (Old Wolf) to take Al Davis's advice....namely...speed kills

Pick somebody that can fly son...speed still kills.

In round 5...that's all he could do...there weren't any Janis's to be found. Meh...it's worth a shot. As some have said...maybe he will end up like that pussy Desean Jackson. That's a pretty good pick in the 5th round. Designated Fly Boy you might call it.

6. Murphy (No grade) Who the hell cares about a tackle taken in the 6th round?

Get back to us next season Mr. Murphy...then we'll start listening...it's that or start pancaking people. One or the other. Get to it...go on...get.

So...it looks like a solid hit in Clark...the makings of a solid hit with Martinez and a solid (project) isn't quite the right word but a solid Left Tackle in the making so far with the early draft grades.

So far...so good. We should know more in a week after they start actually tackling and blocking and stuff.

Ty was averaging a little more than 31 yards on KO returns last year. That would have been good enough for second in the NFL. Big reason why GB drafted him. Kids a weapon at it.

It's the initial depth chart so no need to draw any conclusions. Just a little surprised not to see him at all on the list but Abby, Davis, and Janis are with Abby ahead of TY at WR.

Going to be an interesting pre-season at WR.

Sometimes entire personas are....

Be kind to him.  He mentored the referees.

Which would explain why the referees are so good.

If Ty gets healthy

if Abby stays healthy

If the new TE coach figures out how to get Cook ready and involved.

If Lacy stays motivated.

If the OL stays healthy.

If 3 of those go to **** GB still has Aaron Rodgers, Cobb, Jordy, Spriggs, Barclay, Adams, Dick Rodgers, Starks, Crockett, Janis and Davis and the two ifs that didn't

If none of those things go to ****. Filthy. Just FILTHY.

Whoop-di-****ing-do. It's not like the inductees choose what goes in there.

"However, before Packers fan spew venom toward Favre like some did when he played for the rival Vikings, it appears he had nothing to do with it.

"The Hall's curatorial staff selects the artifacts for exhibit," Pete Fierle, vice president of communications for the Hall of Fame, told ESPN.com."

Seriously?

Are they saying that if BrInt told them he only wanted the Packers uniform that they would've said "No, sorry son, we will do what we want to do for your induction."

I don't believe that at all.  Why would the Hall purposely try to p**s off an inductee?

Kevin Greene basically features his Steelers jersey and helmet, with some Panthers ...sweatbands (?) on the shelf, why no outrage over the lack of Rams jersey where he played almost three-times as long?

Yes and...I suppose defecting to the Purple Sperm Heads had nothing to do with it.

What are the Jets? Chopped liver?

Taking a swipe at those who have autism will get you kicked out of here sooner then your inevitable, unacceptable response. Those who choose to resort to such thoughtless posts will be booted out of here quicker then a Trump hating infant. Do not test our patience.

works good on the internet too.

I'm really liking the Murphy pick still. Sure, he doesn't have "Left Tackle Feet" at the NFL level, but he's experienced and well coached from college and could be the RT or OG in the very near future.

In combo. Lacy came up limping. He is walking off field now. Starks takes starter reps.

Eddie Lacy has yet to participate in any team drills and he just came out of the Don Hutson Center with a trainer

One of my favorites too.  I remember reading a few of his draft bios and every single one screamed "long term starter at RT".

Had the same feeling about Martinez.....must be a Stanford thing.

Packers WR Ty Montgomery reveals severity of ankle surgery es.pn/2amvjPg

Montgomery said his surgery contained three parts: tight ropes inserted into his ligaments to hold them in place, a cartilage repair and -- perhaps most serious -- a microfracture procedure on his talus (a bone between the heel and fibula and tibia).

“I think there’s a stigma with a sprain,” Montgomery said. “But what I think a lot of people don’t understand is sprain means partial tear. And people forget I had the surgery in December.”
