Ted might figure Green Bay would be a wonderful environment for Mixon.  Women born and raised in Wisconsin are intelligent enough to know that getting in the face of, pushing and slapping a black man just isn't an acceptable thing to do (and just not a smart thing to do either).  Apparently the white girls down south still have an 1830's mindset and think they can do just about anything they want to a black man and can get away with it.

This isn't a south thing. At all. I think it's closer to ((alcohol - self control)Norman entitlement)

That and Barry Switzers influence on that town is alive and well.  Article from December 2015.

Hmmm, I know of quite a few  highly intelligent women (and men) in Wisconsin who would loudly object to poor little Joe's unapologetic homophobic slurs of their friends.

And while you are correct, Wisconsin is not the deep south. I think excusing Joe's behavior based on geography would go over with Wisconsinites about as well as it did when his fellow OU alum AP tried to justify his criminal child abuse on his down south upbringing.

Oh, and apparently poor Joe also has a problem with parking attendants who don't understand he is above the law -- at least in his mind.

If the Packers don't trade down, I see Marlon Humphrey as our pick at 29. I do not think TT will pick an OL anywhere near the top of the draft. I think TT and MM feel good about Kyle Murphy, and the others on the roster filling in the RG spot, right now. I see RB as a more pressing need than any OL spot. So, CB will be first off the board and then DE/OLB then RB for the first three picks, if TT doesn't trade down, IMO.

I put a lot of stock in college opposing coaches opinions since they watch a lot of video in preparing to play vs. these guys. TT has drafted 14 defensive players in rounds 1 & 2. Of those 14 picks, 9 of them were chosen First or Second team All-conference. They were: Rollins, Randall, Clark, CM, Raji, Clinton-Dix, Perry, Hawk, & Collins. The 5 who not chosen either 1st or 2nd team were: Harrell, Neal, Jones, Worthy, & Lee. In the end, the best predictor of how a player will play in the pros, is how he played in college.

It was interesting listening to Bill Polian this morning reinforcing once again how little decision making goes on inside the draft room. All player information is in, initial calls have been made to potential trading partners, value parameters are set, guys are slotted in tiers, prioritized, contingencies plotted and snacks are served.

I'd be surprised if the Green Bay Front Office hasn't had initial contact with a team by this point.

AKA, he drank a couple gallons of water the day of the test so that he would piss nearly straight water.    I successful got hired at **** jobs as a teenager using this practice.     When I started applying for real jobs, that take hair samples, they sell shampoo's that strip the THC from your hair.

WR that would be a solid day 3 addition. Robert Davis from Georgia St. Went for 8-93 yards and a TD against Bucky last September.

That's a real good call.  He's not getting talked about at all, but I don't think he should make it through round five.  Ourlads does have him in the top 150 (barely).  That seems to be quite a bit higher than anybody else.

Carr is a real good player.  Put a beatdown on the Big 10 this season.  Only thing that makes me think the Packer's won't draft him is the 40-time (4.61).  For the longest time it seemed like the 40-time meant nothing to Thompson but last year it was pretty obvious that the Packers were looking for fast guys at the offensive skill positions and the defensive backfield.  I'm guessing that will continue on defense in this draft after that performance against the Falcons, but not so sure it will continue at WR and RB.
