I've been reading all year this year's WR class is very deep again. Should still be able to get quality end of RD2. I don't know what the DL and OL class is looking like but they may think they're OK inside with Martin and Barnes.
If they get a world class hog on the DL then look for ILB depth in the middle of the draft. Iād like to see DT/CB in the first two rounds.
Why bother? Whomever they draft, they'll be a bust.
Youāre really into this butthole licking thing.
Millennial. Do you also eat avocado toast? Those are the two things weāre best at eating.
Can a brother get a fucking MLB please?
Or even one that can't get laid, as long as he can attack the line of scrimmage
Every year, especially when the playoffs start, I see teams with at least 1LB who is fast and can literally play sideline to sideline. I haven't see one like that in Green Bay in a long time. Too long.
With the uncertainty of keeping Williams or Jones,or both, Dillon may have become our starter. I'd look to the draft for a RB, as well. I am hoping we can come to a deal with one of our RBs. Would love to see Jones back in GB, next season.Hopefully Gute and Co. can work out a deal with Jones.
Don't forget that King's time may be over as well. CB may be a need unless you want to see more Jackson out there.
So if I'm reading this thread correctly, the Packers need to address the following for next year: DL, MLB, CB, complimentary WR, possibly C, RT and P. No problem.
And RB, QB, G, S, K, TE, Def Coord, ST Coord, scouting dept...
Just like every year.
DL and CB would be my top priorities. A DL to pair with Clark would allow us to continue with Barnes and Martin at ILB. I let King walk in FA, draft a long term answer, and sign a cheaper vet to fill the hole in 2021.

Would you trade our 1st for JJ Watt ?
Fair chance he's available in March as the Texans begin their remodel without a 1st or 2nd in 2020.
Too many miles.
Would you trade our 1st for JJ Watt ?
No, but I'd trade Kevin King for TJ.
Add at LT now too. Unless you want to slide Jenkins out there. I guess he could be a Pro bowler there too.
Afletic latest mock has us taking DT from Iowuh...says cuz we did so well with Mike Daniels...
The position that Ron Wolf always took was QB- which was lauded as such a visionary philosophy. I think the new āQB every yearā philosophy should be OL. You can never have enough depth- and youāre always going to tap into depth at some point. This season was saved by this- they lose their best OL and almost no one thinks itās going to prevent them from competing for a Super Bowl. Keep drafting OL with ability early (like 5th or earlier). You will never regret it.
I really donāt think they keep King or Jackson. Theyāll need someone to man the slot or RCB position.
WRs will be there... get one. LB... inside and outside- preferably early since that seems to delineate good from average.
Im ok with trading for JJ Watt, but no picks. Send them Preston Smith. Watt played the whole season for the first time in 3 years. He can finally spend an off season getting better instead of rehabbing. That could equate to a big time return.
EDIT- this guy is like a human B button... and because he doesnāt have 4.3 speed might fall to 2 or 3.
I believe the Packers draft OL every year and usually have several on the practice squad
Here's a profile on the guy above.
Looks like a Randall Cobb
I would trade our 1st for JJ Watt and their 2nd...its basically moving down like 3 spots from 32 to 35.
They don't have a second.

The reason I suggested a 1st was mainly to give the Texans public relations cover, but now that the season is over and they are in full clusterfark down there, the offering price goes down.
My main interest in JJ is that the Packers need a Reggie/Woodson/Peppers type leader on defense and you can manage his snaps to keep him fresh. Last year he played over 1000 snaps, that's just insane.
I'd dial him back to about 650 and give him 1 day off of practice each week. But you won't find a better DL + Leader elsewhere and you can probably squeeze 3 seasons out of him in a reduced role. He had 7 passes defensed and a pick 6 this year, so he's not quite done...but you can't give him a big $$ deal either.
GB can offer their round 2 and the Texans kick back a late rounder
You don't think Z has that kind of leadership on defense?
JJ for a second?
The rich mans Tyler Lancaster. As the kids say....duh

Show off!
I think Z is a fine leader... the team responds to him. JJ Watt next to Clark or with Clark on the other side with a cement block in the middle is what this team needs. He replaces Lancaster and half of Lowryās snaps. Win/win, because Lowry is not a bad player off the bench.

Z is not a first ballot HOF player like the 3 guys I mentioned above. I'm thrilled to have Z on the team and he certainly brings some leadership to the table.
But Watt is another level up from there and his WI roots are part of the equation
Watt will also be available, hence my interest. A DL with Clark, Watt and Snacks is a Championship level crew, supplemented by Keke and others.
Not sure Snacks will hang around for 2021. If he gets a ring in February may just call it a career.
I think youāre right. He had a chance to sign in Green Bay and passed. I get the impression he wants to move on from football... he aNd his wife have like 6 kids so Iām sure heās looking to be around. I know I would. Plus the position he plays... only so long your legs can take that beating.

I most certainly hope we can help him out with that
