I like on the video how Jones and Jaire greeted players on their way in, waiting until everyone was in before they joined them. I'm not surprised to see Jones do something like that, but Jaire is a bit of a surprise. Maybe he's been doing it before, but I haven't seen it.
I hope the suspension didn't break him. JA might start letting everyone catch anything now just to be nice.

I think Jaire knows how good he is. I think Jaire knows the best way to take advantage of his talent. I think Jaire is mostly right in how he should be playing to take advantage of his talent. Barry doesn't always use Jaire in that way. Jaire reacts immaturely when he's not allowed to be used how he thinks he should be used.
Jaire needs to grow up. But Barry needs to understand what he has in Jaire. Imagine if DCs asked Deion to play zone. No, Jaire is not as good as Deion. But Jaire is so good in man coverage that he should be playing almost exclusively man coverage. Using zone eliminates his talent. So yes, Jaire does need to grow up. But Barry needs to not be a f**king moron and play his best player on defense in a way that lets him be the best.
Hope this was the inflection point for JB and Jaire and we see the best of both in the playoffs.
