F the media, but whatever...
I rarely listen to Dan Patrick...but the show was on as I was getting gas this morning, and they are talking about top WR in the league..."Who do you give a big contract extension to? DK Metcalf, DeAndre Hopkins, or Davante Adams."

Same lack of respect Jordy used to get...
Mina Kimes brought up an interesting stat today where Adams really shines. Yards per route. That combines your efficiency with your overall impact while you are in the game.
If I could pick one WR to build around right now...it would be (braces for angry tweets) Davante Adams. pic.twitter.com/tNy63kRm8S

I love her, Mia Kimes....I watch her when she’s on Dan Le Batard’s show. ❤️
I want Cornell Powell next May.

That Tae Adams film study does wonders. But the guy 1-7 has my vote. https://t.co/3gKOt6JOep
Not possible but I wish Cooper Kupp was a FA so the Pack could get him
We have a shot at Cooper Manning tho.
Cooper Kupp, you mean Jordy Nelson pretending to be another player?
Thought that same thing while watching him the other night
The season Davante Adams is putting together is so special. Especially playing in only 9 games.

- 11 touchdowns (13 is career high)
- 92 yards away from a 1,000-yard season
- averaging 100.9 yards per game (92.4 previous high)
- 74.7% catch percentage (65.7% previous high)
He and AR are both benefitting from the MLF effect.
MiLF effect, and the Hop Release.
...The Hop Release. Davante signature. Talks about that release in his Film Session segment with Baldy

For those not aware, one of the beat writers asked Davante what he was thinking about as a youth, 13 or so. Adams grabbed his phone and pulled up the pick on the left, which included the caption.

Dream big, then go make it come true. Of course, helps to be extremely talented. Not all dreams can be achieved, ask Kiel.

My lady is a Youngstown State alum. We got a good look at Cooper Kupp in YSU's playoff game vs Eastern Washington in 2016 (Bo Pelini head coach). Kid was a one man wrecking crew. Being from a small school, it was pretty clear to see all he needed was an opportunity. He's the kind of kid you can't help but root for even if he's going against your team. He'd make a great Packer.
Just saw this - Three players ever.....THREE!

...in 13 games.
So if *if* he were to score twice next week he would be the first ever with 100 catches and 18 TD's.
Davante Atoms. Try covering an apparition.
Does this mean we can stop calling him Duhvante. Whining about the performance of young players is so dumb, yet knuckleheads never learn.
Dammit I need to get back out there @tae15adams is stealing my shine @packers https://t.co/AmZdS5vwhx

Thanks GoldieHawk
Thought I remembered seeing it somewhere. Couldn't find it in a topic that made sense.
Like his old college coach said "boy don't got moves...he got SMOOVES!"

First team All Pro at WR
First time since 1998 Packers have had one of those
A little puzzling how he only got 49 out of 50 first team votes.
Probably some fuckwit from Minneapolis. Or Chicago.

Diggs only got 48 of 50, too. I would have thought both guys would have been unanimous.
Wide Receiver: Davante Adams, Packers, 49; Stefon Diggs, Bills, 48; Tyreek Hill, Chiefs, 24; DeAndre Hopkins, Cardinals, 21; Justin Jefferson, Vikings, 5; Calvin Ridley, Falcons, 1; DK Metcalf, Seahawks, 1; Cole Beasley, Bills, 1.
I could see Hill and Hopkins getting some votes. The rest, not even close.
Metcalf probably got a vote from running the guy down after the INT. Since doesn't throw INTs Adams never got a chance to do that.
Did you forget the game in Tampa? Pick 6 too close to the endzone. No chance to run the guy down.
DA got 9 catches but only 66 yards. Jalen played about as well as you can play vs. Davante
