Let's all hope Lacy turns into the RB we know he should be. I want Aaron Rodgers to be the least sacked QB in the NFL this year. Run, LACY.... RUN!!!

Not quite, but very close. Lacy went two picks earlier.

I share that hope.

That might be a winner -

IF the Packers decide to go Kuhn-less in 2013 then his role(s) will be handled by others

My guess was they would go one more year with Kuhn, but the addition of Mulligan + Lacy + Quarless gives them more beef in the running game. Lining up Daniels in the backfield is less risk than Raji

I was very impressed by Lacy in the Rams game.  I took a close look at the highlights and saw that his success was due more to his own ability than to blocking.  The first highlight run has EDS whiffing completely on his block and DJ Williams getting driven back deep into the backfield by his man.  EDS is easily beaten again on the second highlight run.  Lacy did a great job to pick up good yardage in those situations.

Really, REALLY liked what I saw from Lacy. He was decisive in the hole, breaking tackles and the best part: he played on 3rd downs and played well. Didn't see him wiff on any blocks and had a nice catch and run there in the first quarter.

Per profootballfocus.com, Lacy had 9 touches and forced 4 missed tackles. Extremely small sample but that's pretty awesome.

There's just something about Lacy carrying the football that translates effortlessly from Alabama to GB. You watch him at Family Night and STL and it's like watching him against Georgia and Notre Dame. He's not doing anything different. He's not trying to re-imagine his game to the NFL. He's just running. He's a big guy that's light on his feet that never seems to let anyone square him up.
