"Viking OL, is complete trash."

Yes it is! It's a turnstile leading to the QB sack department. How laughable was Zimmer's crying of a Bosa "cheap shot" on O'Neill? Zadarious blew past O'Neill on a regular basis when GB cleaned viking clock a couple weeks ago. Suzy Kolber, dressed in purple, could have stopped more pass rushers than O'Neill did, this season. Then, there is Reiff on the other side. Useless! Add Elflein and Bradbury in the middle and there is not a single one who cannot be beaten like a drum. All that drafting, trading and FA, over the past decade, to bolster that O Line, for nothing! (Watch the vikings talking heads now switch to how great their Defense is.)  A major problem with the vikings is that they believed their own hype. "Why not us?" I'll tell you why. It's because you suck!

How bad is it for the Queens?

Remember, they really went all in for 2018 and 2019 and are already OVER THE CAP heading into 2020. Here are the FAs to be and some others who could be gone.

CB Waynes is a FA, had a good year, will command big $. Gone.

CB Rhodes. Had a poor year but is a long-time starter. Expensive and will be cut with a dead cap hit pf $4.8M.

Slot CB Alexander is a FA, had an excellent year, got hurt playing in the meaningless final game against the Bears and is pissed. Very likely gone.

S Harris, came out of nowhere to become PFF's highest-rated safety with 7 picks (including one against ARod in week 16 and one against Bree in the playoffs). Queens will try like hell to sign him, but he won't be cheap.

S Kearse has been a special teams stalwart and occasional slot safety. He is also a FA.

S Sendejo is a marginal player but Zim likes his guy so this FA needs to be re-signed or it creates yet another hole in the secondary.

Can someone say that the secondary is going to be DECIMATED?

Backup inside linebacker, standout special teamer Kentrell Brothers is a free agent.

DE Weatherly has been a key 3rd pass rusher, rotational player. He is a FA, can play, and won't be cheap.

DT Joseph is a long-time run stuffer who is fading and counts $12M against the cap. Very potential cut with a $2M dead cap hit. There is no replacement on the roster.

DE Griffen is another long-time defensive starter who can void his current deal and become a FA or maybe he gets cut because as it stands he counts $13M against the cap and only has .8M dead cap hit.

K Dan Bailey was really good this season and is a FA. He is going to cost and may be too expensive for a team with no $.

P Colquitt had a nice season and is a free agent who will want more money.

Blocking TE Morgan is a FA.

LT Reiff has been consistently average and is expensive. He counts $13.2M against the cap and only has a dead cap number of $4.4M. Do the Queens create a void at LT?

T Rashod Hill. If the Queens want to replace Reiff with their top backup T they'll need to re-sign this pending free agent.

RB Cook is in the last year of his deal and there is already talk about Minnesota signing him to a new deal this offseason. Good player, often injured, and now expensive.

FB Ham and starting linebacker Wilson are both restricted free agent who will need raises.

Backup QB Mannion is a free agent.

QB Cousins. Here is where it gets really delicious. Kirky's contract goes through 2020 and the Queens can create some space in 2020 by extending that deal. Look for that to happen and for Cousins to get more $ per year in 2021 and beyond than his $28M next season. Just an awesome outcome ... for Kirky and Packer fans everywhere.

This is going to be a fun offseason for the Queens, just delicious.

Add to the Packers' fan's joy that they are keeping Spielman and Zimmer! your post is a thing of beauty, Steve Luke!

Adam Schefter -   Browns requested permission to interview Vikings’ assistant GM George Paton for their GM job, per source. Paton worked in Minnesota with new Vikings’ HC Kevin Stefanski.

And ... the DB coach is gone:

Mike Zimmer gets a lot of credit, and rightfully so for his ability to develop cornerbacks and safeties. His track record speaks for itself. But Jerry Gray has been a **massive** part of the success of this defense for a looooooong time. Losing him is a big deal.

D E L I C I O U S.

here's a story I've heard versions of before.  from my friend that went to the game last night.  the most useless "fans" in any sport.

Sat next to the ultimate sad sack Vikings fan who crossed over to be a Seahawks fan just for the game.  Why would you go to Lambeau for that?  Douchebag!  My wife got him so triggered for waving her towel over his head the whole game that he switched seats with his buddy.  She said she did it on purpose.

Here's some humor from jayblow:

How about just the chains? Obvious first down.

No part of his body is down at this point. Jesus Christ.
Compare the pictures of the exact same fucking play from different angles, Einstein!

It’s not that hard. I promise.

Again, it’s okay to admit the packers got a break. Roger isn’t going to call for a do-over. Your team will still get to play Sunday.

Jimmy apparently hovered above the ground, slid on the top of his head, or some other metaphysical shit that allowed him to gain another yard.

I don’t even care that the packers won. The beauty is watching you blindly defend it.

Next thing you know, one of you guys will draw an imaginary line from the pylon camera in an effort to make your point........

Good 'ol jayblow claiming he doesn't care that the Packers won.......
