Rivers has to love the protection his O Line is giving him after playing with a sieve-like line in San Diego.
I got an idea for the Bares. Be unconventional. Make Mitch your starter and Foles your closer. Be an innovator, Nagy.
I might add that Beluga with the Chargers has been missing snaps due to a bad back.
Closer only come into games when your team is ahead late. That hasn't been the case for the TBSS' this season.
Closer in baseball, yeah. But this ain't baseball. Different rules for closers.
One of their best OL:
An MRI confirmed #Bears LG James Daniels suffered a torn pec last night and he’s done for the season, per source.

They need to take a few biology classes. Lions are cats, not Bears. Sheesh!
Ok soooo TBSS....BUT! I wish the Packers had a cool social media admin like the Bears chick that does this. Zoom in on the football

Stealing this from a Bears fan on a Bears Message Board, so I assume it's true:
In the Bears last 24 games, including tonight, the offense has failed to score a TD in a half of football.
1st half PHI
1st half GB
2nd half GB
1st half Denver
2nd half Washington (28-3 lead at half)
2nd half Min
1st half Oak
1st half NOLA
1st half LAC
1st half PHI
1st half LAR
1st half NYG
1st half GB
1st half KC
2nd half KC
1st half MIN
1st half DET
2nd half NYG
1st half IND
2nd half TB
1st half LAR
2nd half LAR
22 times in 24 games where the offense has had a half where they failed to score a TD
Well that was a fun read....scathing.
The only thing I'm upset about is the Rams exposed the Bears instead of the Packers. I wanted the Packers to do it
Every time Foles goes downfield it seems like a 50/50 ball. In the Falcons game all those 50/50 balls went their way. Some of those were more like 20/80 balls in favor of the defense.

It's time to stay home, no matter where you live. Now, that the Minnesota Governor has closed down Minnesota bars, I expect Hudson, WI to get a lot more of the bar traffic, from Minnesota, than they usually do, and especially on the weekends. I tell people to stay at home and the bar crowd says that I "live in fear." Damn right I do! I do not want to contract this virus, nor do I want anyone else to contract it, either! We will not be rid of this virus until 2022, at least, and that is only if everyone starts wearing masks, practices social distancing and washes their hands, starting now! Stupid, selfish people will be the end of us, all.

One final reminder...
Mitch Trubisky was picked 8 spots ahead of @PatrickMahomes in 2017:
— trey wingo (@wingoz) November 30, 2020
Patrick Mahomes 1st quarter pass yards today: 229
Mitchell Trubisky 1st quarter pass yards today: 3
More fun facts.
Last night Aaron Rodgers joined Payton Manning as the only QB's with 30+ TD's in their first 11 games 3 different times in their careers.
The Chicago Bears have never had a QB with 30 TD's in a season. EVER.
The Bears are longing for the Mike Glennon era...or the Shane Matthews era...or the Cade McNown era...or the Josh McCown era...or the Steve Walsh era...or the Gary Huff era...or the Vince Evans era...or the Bobby Douglass era...or the Rudy Bukich era...or the Jack Concannon era..

Another fun QB fact.
Aaron Rodgers now has more passing yards than the top 3 Bears QB's of all time.
Who can name those QB's without looking it up? I had two of them. Third one is a little tricky.
Syd Luckman
Jay Cutler
Jim McMahon

2 out of 3 ain't bad.

Erik Kramer?
And it's Sid, not Syd.
@YooperPackfan posted:Erik Kramer?
Nope. But he does have the most TD's in a season.
Along with Luckman and int. Jay?
McMahon and Kramer are 4 and 5.
@YooperPackfan posted:Along with Luckman and int. Jay?
Yeah, Kramer had 29, Cutler I think had 27 or 28 his best year.
@PackerHawk posted:Yeah, Kramer had 29, Cutler I think had 27 or 28 his best year.
And since he's Cutler, he chucked 18 int's with his 28 TD's.
Mitch Trubiski is 8th all time for the Bears.
100+ years of QB's and he's top 10.
@PackerHawk posted:And since he's Cutler, he chucked 18 int's with his 28 TD's.
Which was considered a great year 🤣
@YooperPackfan posted:Which was considered a great year 🤣
Yep. Good enough to lead the team to a 5-10 record.
I had to look it up (#3) and I had honestly forgotten he ever QB'd the Bears.
@PackerHawk posted:And since he's Cutler, he chucked 18 int's with his 28 TD's.
Basically, the same stats that Favre generated in 2/3rds of his seasons.
