Jimmy Graham, an excellent example of a poor free agent signing. He has zero wheels. A race between him and Tramon Williams would be mind numbing.

It's not an excellent example of that at all.

It's an example of a free agent signing and a head coach that has no idea whatsoever in getting a TE involved in the gameplan in anything that could possibly be construed as effective.

Jared Cook was a nice TE before GB.

Jared Cook has been a nice TE since leaving GB

Jared Cook barely was involved in the offense in GB

Insert Jimmy Graham there next.  Unless MM is fired.

Nope. Cook averaged 3 catches/game and  37.7 ypg in his one year at GB, both slightly higher than his career average.  His problem in GB was that he only played 10 games because, of course, that was the one season when the injury bug hit him.

I believe the Packers tried to re-sign him after the season but he and Tightwad Ted couldn’t agree on $$$.

Tramon all day. He could give Graham a 10 yard head start in the 40 and beat him.

To be fair, there were few, if any who were against signing him....of course we aren't the GM

Can't imagine this won't be career ending. He had a reported grade III open fracture to his leg (comminuted open bone fragments with high contamination) now with multiple surgeries and complications from infection.

I hope he's able to keep his leg.

Washington Redskins quarterback Alex Smith is dealing with an infection caused by complications from multiple surgeries on his broken leg, sources confirmed to ESPN.

Sources told ESPN's Dianna Russini that there is concern that Smith, 34, is dealing with a career-ending injury after breaking the tibia and fibula in his right leg during a Week 11 loss to the Houston Texans.

Smith remains in the hospital, where he has been since suffering the injury Nov. 18, sources told Russini. Running back Adrian Peterson said Thursday that Redskins players visited Smith in the hospital last week.

"I'll continue to pray for him. We had the opportunity to see him last week. We all just [assured] him we're praying for you, man, and wishing the best for him. That's all we can do," he said.

I've watched that 46 times hoping she makes it just once.

PS. The gal in blue looks like Cam Newton going after that fumble in the Super Bowl.

I didn't notice at first, but I'm pretty sure she vomits.

Makes the Cam Newton reference even stronger
