Would have been nice to see Rip get his fourth year of service in.
Our first order of business is to insure that Aaron Ripkowski is a 1 term Fullback!

Former WR, and our third string RB is injured. FBs are useful on âspecialâ teams. And Zook could use some experence there.

Peggy Lipton was the coolest girl around.
Jimmy Graham, an excellent example of a poor free agent signing. He has zero wheels. A race between him and Tramon Williams would be mind numbing.

It's not an excellent example of that at all.
It's an example of a free agent signing and a head coach that has no idea whatsoever in getting a TE involved in the gameplan in anything that could possibly be construed as effective.
Jared Cook was a nice TE before GB.
Jared Cook has been a nice TE since leaving GB
Jared Cook barely was involved in the offense in GB
Insert Jimmy Graham there next. Unless MM is fired.
Are you forgetting Cook was injured for about half the games he was a Packer? Can't do much when in the trainers room. Like King, Allison, Perry,
No.

Nope. Cook averaged 3 catches/game and 37.7 ypg in his one year at GB, both slightly higher than his career average. His problem in GB was that he only played 10 games because, of course, that was the one season when the injury bug hit him.
I believe the Packers tried to re-sign him after the season but he and Tightwad Ted couldnât agree on $$$.

Tramon all day. He could give Graham a 10 yard head start in the 40 and beat him.

To be fair, there were few, if any who were against signing him....of course we aren't the GM
Oh I was fine with signing both of them. Thought the money was a little much for 2018 Jimmy Graham but I thought they would actually use him.
Rodgers threw to him today and he sucked

PS. The gal in blue looks like Cam Newton going after that fumble in the Super Bowl.
More like Odell Beckham going after an on-side kick today.

Don't players have normal names any more like Jim Catcavage or Bob Lurtsama?
Jim Bob
Jamerson was a really good ST player at Wisconsin. Has a shot to stick.
He would have a better chance if he changed his first name to James or Jameson.
Jameson Jamerson does roll off the tongue.
J Jonah Jameson!
Can't imagine this won't be career ending. He had a reported grade III open fracture to his leg (comminuted open bone fragments with high contamination) now with multiple surgeries and complications from infection.
I hope he's able to keep his leg.
Washington Redskins quarterback Alex Smith is dealing with an infection caused by complications from multiple surgeries on his broken leg, sources confirmed to ESPN.
Sources told ESPN's Dianna Russini that there is concern that Smith, 34, is dealing with a career-ending injury after breaking the tibia and fibula in his right leg during a Week 11 loss to the Houston Texans.
Smith remains in the hospital, where he has been since suffering the injury Nov. 18, sources told Russini. Running back Adrian Peterson said Thursday that Redskins players visited Smith in the hospital last week.
"I'll continue to pray for him. We had the opportunity to see him last week. We all just [assured] him we're praying for you, man, and wishing the best for him. That's all we can do," he said.

I didn't notice at first, but I'm pretty sure she vomits.
Makes the Cam Newton reference even stronger
Yup, vomit.
She is just getting the stuffing knocked out of her. Lord knows she has enough to lose a little.
what's worse than the pain and suffering of breaking your tibia and fibula, going through surgery, and looking at long rehab? post-op infection.
I too hope he doesn't lose the leg or worse. if that's a superbug infection...
positive healing energy in your direction, Mr. Smith!
Why is it this seems more common the last several years. He isn't the first player we've heard of having infection issues post surgery. Maybe it's just more common in general than I thought? Didn't Finley have infection issues after is knee surgery?
