It has been done, but the NFL doesnβt like it. It also requires Davante to play ball. If he refuses to sign the tag he canβt be traded.

I think he thinks his profile is higher than any of the ladies. He wants to bring them up to his level.

JHFC, just because you've heard of her doesn't mean she's any different in the relationship than any other woman he may end up with. In fact it's better because she's used to the limelight and has her own money so he can avoid the gold diggers.
Woodley is high profile? I suppose. Sheβs a grade A weirdo.
How many actress/ sports star relationships last. The careers clash and they end up splitting up.
Celebrities are exposed to more seductions than normal people, but athletes are celebrities too and groupie trees aren't much of a secret. I used to hang out with Charles Barkley's "Minny gal" and a number of the gals know each other and hang out together. Plenty of "civilian" gals get tired of the treadmill and bolt, as well.
Many pro athlete relationships that last are with couples that met long before one became a pro athlete.

Rodney Peete and Holly Robinson have been married 26 years.

And the guy who just eat Ghee for 3 days isn't?
Up until a couple of weeks ago I had no idea what ghee actually was.
My wife finally commented on this and said Rodgers and his actions and behaviors are probably due to CTE. Or heβs just a hyper sensitive, quirky, full of himself type person. With CTE.
WDFK?
I donβt buy the CTE thing one bit in Rodgersβ case. This is a guy that won Celebrity Jeopardy just a few years ago and was looked at as a potential host just last year. Plus heβs always making comments about how good he feels, etc.
I think heβs always been flaky, itβs just more out in the open now.
Rodgers has always suffered from "chronic smartest-guy-in-the-room syndrome"
Rodgers has obviously never been in a room with me.
Obviously
Is there anybody that wants 12 back if the alternative is to trade him for sizable compensation?
Case of Busch Light Would work for me
Define "sizable".

No denying he's getting long in the tooth and his playoff record pretty well speaks for itself. I don't know how you move on from the reining x2 MVP, without getting a king's ransom in return though. But if another team offered...
Of course Feyda throws in some weird pervy shit
On brand
Also another way to more create cap room..
This was always a matter of when and not if. Teams donβt let 25-year-old All-Pro cornerbacks get away. https://t.co/bXXbg1rVUw

You're making Tschmack jealous.
Iβve thought for some time that AR plays for the Packers for the 2022 season. Mostly because he really has no control given heβs still under contract. Heβs supposed to βannounceβ his decision Tuesday.
To me, he only has two options to βannounceβ because he canβt announce he wants to be traded. That would take pretty much any leverage GB would have. And thereβs no way that could be kept a secret until Tuesday if a trade were already in place.
His two options are:
-Retire, and thatβs not happening because heβs already said he feels great, is playing at a high level, and wants to play as long as he can so long as his ability is still there.
-Play the 2022 season in Green Bay.
So assuming he announces that heβs coming back to GB, the only real question is whether heβs coming back βfor the 2022 seasonβ or if heβs βsigning an extension for xxx number of yearsβ.

I'm OK with trading him with a sizeable return. The idea of capitalizing on him at the end of his career to an accelerated rebuild is appealing.
Also OK with continuing to watch the best QB in the game. I get a case a Busch latte is a BFD where @Iowacheese is, but if we didn't have AR, we'd all be talking about being one Aaron Rodgers away from winning it all.
Gun to my head? I'd take the picks and let Devante walk

My opinions vary. My thoughts today are to trade him for a high draft pick. It would save enough money to keep players like Campbell and then use the draft pick to move up and get one of the nice WRβs in the draft. Also it would also make Rodgers have to throw to the open receiver, not just Adams.
That's not a terrible idea if you don't need the QB's approval.
Stole this: https://www.sportingnews.com/u...mfa13a3z5ewijebpvv0y
βAdams and the Packers will have just over four months to work out a long-term extension. July 15 is the deadline for players on the franchise tag to agree to a multiyear contract with their team.
There are several possible scenarios where Adams isn't playing for Green Bay in 2022:
The Packers can rescind the tag before July 15 and make Adams an unrestricted free agent this offseason.
They can decide not to use their right of first refusal if Adams signs an offer sheet from another team. The non-exclusive tag allows for Adams to talk with teams. Green Bay would receive two first-round picks in the 2022 NFL Draft as compensation.β
Hopefully, some teams makes an offer Adams canβt refuse and the Packers canβt match. 2 #1βs would be great.
This is going to end well. In B4 the LOCK!!!!!

The market for #Packers WR Marquez Valdez-Scantling is expected to be in that $10M APY range per @TomPelissero.
β Peter Bukowski (@Peter_Bukowski) March 10, 2022
Pretty hard to imagine him back in GB given that considering their cap plus an extremely speedy WR draft class.
Olave szn
If youβre the Jaguars and desperately need both speed and some tested guys to play with your young QB, MVS would be a terrific fit with DJ Chark also a free agent.
β Peter Bukowski (@Peter_Bukowski) March 10, 2022
They have tons of money to spend, plus Valdez-Scantling is from St. Petersburg.
Not paying MVS 10 per. Bye!
He needs to go to a team with a QB who can throw a good deep ball. Rodgers missed him so many times last year.
