I get your left dislike Floridarob. I do. But this isn't party lines. This is **** all stupidity. It's ****ing wrong. It's irresponsible. It could kill people. **** Maddow. **** everyone that wants to make this about their agenda vs. what's really important.

Amazing how a goddamn hurricane turns into left vs. right.  Really wish the extremes of both sides would just grow the f**k up, stop whining that "the left/right hurt my feelings", and solve some f**king problems.

Hope everyone stays safe down there.

Henry it's obvious that science is totally overrated.   We all know that divine intervention will take over and keep everyone safe.

Nevermind the fact that water temps have been on the rise and in the Gulf of Mexico the water temps are 3-4 degrees above normal.  Might help to explain how Harvey intensified from a tropical storm to CAT4 so rapidly.

"I'm not a scientist"
Everybody likes to brag these days
And yet they still insist
Twisting all the facts their way

Gravity is real
Just step off the ledge and you will fall
Summers get hotter
Winters get colder
Writing on the wall

You say God will handle everything
Seems like he ain't done sh!t so far
Take yourself for example
You’re still wishing on a star

But, you see, God is a scientist
He don't play dice with the universe
- don’t take an Einstein
And your fake and cynical solutions
It's as if you're trying to make things worse
- and you know the reason

You'd have to be blind
Eyes that will not see

‘Cause you never want to see that
Writing on the wall

Ah!
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
Somethin's happenin' here.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
People walkin' round in fear.
Uh huh, you better duck and run,
Get under cover 'cause the change has come.
Storm warning, and it looks like rain,
Be nothin' left after the hurricane.
This here's a jungle, ain't no lie,
Look at the people, terror in their eyes.
Bad business comin', can't be denied,
They're running with the dogs, afraid to die.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
Somethin's happenin' here.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
People walkin' round in fear.
Uh huh, you best believe it's true,
The levee's busted, badness comin' through.
Oh no, there ain't no place to hide,
Reach out and pluck you, take you for a ride.
Sea of frustration, take everything in sight,
Won't be no blessing if we make it through the night.
Down on your knees, go ahead and pray,
But every demon has to have his day.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
Somethin's happenin' here.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
People walkin' round in fear.
Well! Oh, God!
High noon, I can't believe my eyes,
Wind is ragin', there's a fire in the sky.
Ground shakin', everything comin' loose,
Run like a coward but it ain't no use.
Edge of the river, it's an ugly scene,
People gettin' pushed, people gettin' mean.
The change is comin' and it's gettin' late,
Ain't no survivin', and there ain't no escape.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
Somethin's happenin' here.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
People walkin' round in fear.
Oh!
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
Somethin's happenin' here.
Change in the weather, change in the weather,
People walkin' round in fear.
Well! Oh, no!

Whiskey, wine, or beer?

I actually wish Rush Limbaugh was going to be right about this Hurricane being overhyped.  Unfortunately, I think he's probably about 95% likely to be dead wrong.  The only good news was that they could see this coming basically about a week ahead of time, that will minimize loss of life, but I expect that there's going to be widespread damage to a number of areas and maybe even more than just Florida.

Rush wasn't right. I hope people didn't listen to him or anyone else in the media and watched the storm path a week ago. What's going to hit Florida isn't a surprise. Or an agenda. Or ratings. Or media. Or political affiliation.

Its a huge mother ****ing storm that I hope everyone survives.

Prayers up Florida.

My grand kids refer to him as Grandpa's Man Friend.  I call this young man a fishing addict.  But we should all call him and say thank you.  He works as a power linesman.  Yesterday he called while at work as he was heading south though Illinois.  He was heading for where ever they told him to go to be in the worst of the storm with his truck and crew!

Lucky to have people like him

Jose is now a Cat 4 and Katia has grown to a Cat 2 and expected to strengthen a bit more before making landfall in Mexico. Looks like Jose will turn more north, but Jesus ****!

End then... Katia's projected path will take it across southern mexico but north of where much of the Chiapas earthquake damage has occurred.

Good luck to everyone down there.  I lived in Jax for a while, and made it through a few tropical storms, and Category 1s, not too bad.  You start talking about 100 MPH winds, and **** gets scary quick.  My folks live in So. FLA, and it took them 6 hours to get from FLL to ORL on Wed., luckily they flew out yesterday.

I wish Rush would have hunkered down in his palatial estate and report that Irma is a liberal hoax.  DOUCHE!
