No, we're dogging on the school of bass impression.
Bunch of fucking hens in here.

He's a very conservative Catholic who goes to mass often and is quite popular in the area.
Oh, he's Catholic that goes to mass and is popular. Well, beyond reproach then.

IF Brady leaves NE then Belichek is retiring. Not sure which is cause and which is effect but I think Bill is getting a little tired. All these roster moves he's making don't make sense for a team with the best record. It seem like an effort to get the best team depth possible for this year to go out on top.
I don't think Rivers retires. He had one of the best seasons of his career last year and is still playing at a high level. Plus he'll need tuition money ha. I could see him re-upping for Lost Angelo, or leaving the litter a la Bert Fevre and go somewhere like Denver. Get back at the Changers for the stupidest move in NFL history as a bonus.
Regarding NE's roster moves, the one thing Belichick hasn't done yet is still in play: 19-0.
We are really moving up!
If we continue winning, beating San Francisco could put us on the inside track for a first round bye.
DH13 posted:the one thing Belichick hasn't done yet is still in play: 19-0.
Also hasn't won a Super Bowl as HC without Tom Brady as his QB. #next challenge

I saw speculation the other day that he would coach into his 70's. He still loves it that much aside from talking to the media.

I think most people will not care about that. 19-0 would be huge comparatively.

And Iβd have given anything to watch Rivers beat the ever loving shit out of Cutler.
I sure will agree with that, if there was one guy I disliked it was J. frigging Cutler. There sure is some good San Diego history here, my favorite goes back to when NBC still had afternoon games. Don Coryell, Ernie Zampese, and Joe Gibbs led a group of coaches that completely changed the NFL. Dan Fouts as the pilot of Air Coryell; John Jefferson, Kellen Winslow, Charlie Joiner and Wes Chandler were his Wingmen. It's was a special time, a special team.
Al Michaels said Sunday nite "the Packers go on the road and thatβs really just a formality because they take on the Chargers in Carson which Iβm guessing is going to be 80% Packers fans. So itβs a road game in name onlyβ.
Pretty low point spread for a game being played in Lambeau West.
I bet there are more Packers fans in LA than there are Chargers fans.
Wes Chandler had the most ridiculous catching radius Ive ever seen. Mel Blount v Issac Curtis. Ty Law v Marvin Harrison. Eric Allen v Michael Irvin.
Great matchups that don't come close to Lester Hayes v Wes Chandler. No clutching, touching, grabbing. Just two pro's trying to beat the other. Fuck that was a great few years of football.
woooooooooo hooooooooooooo we get CBS A Team Again
Green Bay Packers @ Los Angeles Chargers (CBS)
Announcers: Jim Nantz (play-by-play), Tony Romo (analyst), Tracy Wolfson (reporter)
So we get to hear Romo ramble on about every play.

How can you hate Cutler...unless heβs the QB for your team of course? Heβs the epitome of unintentional comedy.

The predictions he rambles about are mostly right on.
I don't need someone to predict the next play. I would rather just watch the game.
Turn off the damn sound!
He should just keep doing the Corona commercials.

Easily the best announcer in the NFL.
Davante Adams went through the early drills on Wednesday but it was another non-helmet, light practice. However, last Wednesday he didn't even do that. The sense is there's been significant improvement in his four-week turf toe... https://t.co/y2F3spOsKj pic.twitter.com/sd7PoloBvc

Tracy Wolfson is no Susie Kolber.
I like Romo. At least he is not cris collingsworth who tries to be jon gruden for every player depending on what team is leading at the time.
packerboi posted:Davante is back.
Sounds like probably not. I'm sure he remembers the last time he rushed back from injury.
Head coach Matt LaFleur said the session was a walk-through β the players did not wear helmets β but he was keeping an eye on his star wideout.
βWe were out there for a walk-through but the individual portion I thought he did a nice job,β LaFleur said. βWeβll just see how he progresses throughout the week.β
Later, Adams reiterated that he will not play until he feels totally like himself and is cleared medically to do so.
I think Adams plays...
or not.
David Bakhtiari basically let it slip on his radio interview on Tuesday that it will be good to have Davante back βthis weekβ.
it was also reported that Adams was very close to playing in KC. Anythingβs possible, but Iβd bet he plays this week

+1. And Nantz is a good partner for him.
I guess the whiners would rather have Greg Gumbel and Trent Green? Wow, that's a great combo.
I like Romo and Collinsworth a lot. I just wish they all game analysts wouldn't fell the need to talk about every single play in detail. Some plays can just be 'announced' by the announcer and move on. These guys (all of them) feel the need to dissect every single play. Just shut up once and a while and let the game speak for itself.
Didn't they broadcast a game once without the announcers? I don't think the games had a lot to say.
"Starr to Dowler, touchdown." That is all that was needed. RIP Ray Scott.
Just to pick a nit, wasn't it "Starr,.. Dowler,... Touchdown!"?
I want Ryan Leaf.......heard him on a college game...good job. But when he picked Minnesota to rule the BIG 10...... I knew he was good. Kinda like Tony Romo only 100 times better....... just saying.

Technically he is back βthis week.β At practice. Without pads.
Saying he hasnβt been medically cleared, doesnβt feel like himself yet, and isnβt doing it until both of those things happen.
And apparently he said it more than once (βreiteratedβ). Thatβs a pretty wet blanket if those quotes (in bold above) are accurate.
