As much of a joke as Minny/Chilly has been, I have to say it takes balls to cut a guy u just gave up a third round pick for. That being said, the f*&%er deserved to be waived after the comments he made yesterday. Did anybody see him give up on the ball from Favre where the DB got flagged for PI? He could have easily hauled that pass for a TD but he just looked like he didn't want to catch it. Actually that play may have had something to do with this as well. Crazy

If he is passed by the 31 other teams, then he becomes a FA.
Edit: You're right Pratt. More then 4 years service = free agent upon release.

Per Schefter on ESPN, yes the worst teams get to claim him 1st and have until 400pm EST Tuesday to do it.
That would mean the Buffalo Bills get 1st crack. And NE gets last crack at him because they have the best record.
