I can't help but wonder if either/both Harris and Boykin may eventually return?

I'd think Harris would have a bit more to offer for skills, and while I don't think he's starting-caliber, there's plenty of teams that need RB depth.

Glad to see Barclay, Richardson, and Banjo coming back to the fold. Richardson really continues to surprise me; I thought his neck injury would do him in for sure.

Bill Polian on ESPN just now spoke very highly of Tramon, said Saints need the kind of leadership he would bring. Schefty had nothing new other than the visit.

Any news regarding Kuuuuuuhn, Bush, Raji or Guion?

How can the Saints be thinking of signing anyone? I thought they were like way over the CAP already and would have to dump a lot of salary just to get to the CAP limit, let alone sign their draft picks.

Tramon knows what he has in Green Bay. Just checking out what a lesser facility looks like

Then they'll just do it all again next year, they'll kick the can down the road, until Brees retires, and then they'll bottom out and be need to be completely rebuilt which will take years. Isn't that the way you win the off season though?

Hope so, boss. My thought was maybe he was letting Tom Benson and Packer favorite Sean Payton pay for a couple of days of five-star dining and Nawlins' entertainment for he, Shantrell and the extended fam.

 

Tramon was just hoping to earn some beads.

I wonder what guys like Tramon are thinking at this stage of their career. guys who have made their living through technique and application, not super  athleticism. Those things are what you can teach as a coach. And exposure to other coaching systems seems the surest way to progress as a coach. Not to mention expanding his network. Tramon's been with the Packers his whole playing career.

I have no idea if he's interested in coaching. It just seems a better career move might be out of Green Bay, if the system and the paycheck and staff (and taxes!) equal out.

 

And the food. OMG the food in that city. Oh, and a hurricane. Gotta wash those delicious items down with something.

Just being honest.

Don't know if I could handle a couple of days with the Benson's, (and I'm pretty sure the Benson's couldn't handle a couple of days with each other).

It would serve as a life lesson though, on how not to let your children grow up to be rich entitled assholes.

I could handle a couple of days with the Bensons' money (my point).

I'm not signing with Minny if I have a couple younglings and AP is still "on the fence". If AP asks about a play date things go south from awkward pretty fast.

Saints will ink Browner and the Tramon- leverage will have done its job in N.O.

The next question is whether the Saints-leverage did its job at the Bank of Titletown

I'm cautiously optimistic. Other than Saints, who have the home-state card to play, the other team I could see making a run at Tramon is the Patriots who've lost both their starting CBs. 

Hope they keep Tramon. Still productive, gives them time to draft another developmental CB this year in the mid rounds.

 

Lock him up and then shore up the DL/LB with any other little FA add or 2 + draft. Steamroll through the NFC
