I agree with you BK...not only is she hot, but a very bright lawyer and one of the best TV analysts...what I enjoy most about the show is she's apolitical and just lays out the facts of each case.

The fact that you believe that is depressing.

She's a paid shill, not unlike all of the other paid shills who spew their nonsense to rubes regardless of the side of the aisle with which they identify themselves.

Stop believing pabulum that is presented as fact.  It's not.  Oy.

Good one! If you want everyone to appreciate your comedic gold jump out of a cornfield first, it gets 'em prepared for the ensuing hilarity.

Perhaps I missed the news here, but I find this very hard to believe.  Source?

I don't think they'll be a scan either. Comments by Rodgers about radiation or some such remark that, reading between the lines, made me think it wasn't necessary. I think they'll go by his pain, how he feels at practice, etc.

I'm hearing the same thing...80% chance of snow.....

If weather turns into a windy snow globe at Lambeau, besides it being a hell of a lot of fun to watch it may not matter if it's Rodgers or Flynn.

In a snowstorm, both teams will be RTFB! and passes could come very far and few between. Kickers like Mason could also prove critical and I'll take him over the Steelers kicker especially because Crosby has said it took him weeks to figure out wind patterns in Lambeau with the new addition. Crosby will have that inside info.

Couple that with Lacy more then likely putting it in an extra gear to prove to Tomlin and the Steelers they made the Rong move?

Even with Flynn, starting to like our chances more and more.

I'll take Rodgers in bad conditions against an 8-man front every time over Flynn.  And I think Rodgers in the snow, mud, rain, win, or an other apocalyptic event is far more preferred than Flynn.

As far as the defenseless player rule goes, I can so both sides of the issue. I think about the Warren Sapp/Chad Clifton hit as justification for the rule though. There are a lot of guys like Sapp, Richard Sherman or Ndamukong Suh came to mind immediately, in the league who are just dirty and will take any opportunity to knock someone out. If there is no rule protecting guys like Chad Clifton, who had no impact on the play at all, then we're opening a lot of guys up to unnecessary injury. That's not "pussifying" the NFL, that's trying to protect players from the dirty players who could cause career threatening injuries.

That being said, Huber was trying to make the tackle and he was within a couple yards of the returner. If he's considered defenseless and is still able to make a tackle then there is definitely something wrong with the rule. I didn't see anything wrong with the hit either really. He put his facemask on Huber's chest and it slid up to his chin during the hit...nothing wrong with that. Huber knows that's part of the risk when trying to make the tackle and he indicated as much during the interview. He didn't think there was anything wrong with the hit.

My guess is no matter what the weather the game time will be on Sunday.....hotels, motels, planes, trains, big shots, tv, etc all have schedules and timing is critical.  it may move up a couple of hours but other than FEET of snow they will play it on Sunday.  There may be some empty seats but they are paid for so who cares?

A major winter storm could impact Green Bay on Sunday. Right now the track of this system will bring a band of heavy snow to Wisconsin and likely to our area. It is too early to say exactly who gets the heavy snow and how much snow will fall, but this will be a significant storm and it will be close to home.

This could be our first named winter storm (Alice), we'll keep watching all the latest computer models and update you on FOX 11 and right here as the storm gets closer.

With the storm approaching on Sunday that will likely have an impact on the Packers-Steelers game. Right now it appears we will see snow much of the day on Sunday, so it looks like a snowy game for Sunday.

I'm not certain, but I think No 4 is somewhat above average, correct ?

I get so confused at the difference between facts and opinions sometimes

Is this ranking a fact or an opinion ?

I was told the Packers are mediocre without Rodgers, yet here they are at number 4.... without Rodgers.

I'd be curious to see where the Pack ranks for points scored during AR12's absence.

In 2012, GB was #1 in red zone offense scoring TD's 68.52% of the time.

In 2013, GB has dropped to 27th in the NFL scoring TD's 49.06% of the time.

The last 3 games however (no Rodgers), GB has shot up to 63.64% which is 15th. However, that stat is somewhat inflated since we scored TD's on all 5 drives in Dallas last half.

The No 4 ranking includes the yards compiled in the 7 games AR played in.

It does not say they are No 4 without AR.

Indeed, I think we should take those Dallas TDs out of the stats because Romo sucks and Garrett made poor decisions.

None of those scores were due to the Packers efforts, so they shouldn't count

And once you take away the good stuff, the Packers are just another average team

50% of this season has been without Rodgers. How is it possible that they are still ranked so high ?  Has the rest of the NFL taken a long nap since October ?

from Football Outsiders:

Even without Aaron Rodgers, the Packers were able to come away with a victory because of high-quality coaching and a supporting cast that is capable of assuming responsibility from their quarterback. Nelson, Sam Shields, Andrew Quarless, James Jones and Eddie Lacy all alleviated the pressure from Flynn who looked overwhelmed at times.

That was the beauty of this game. It wasn't decided by Romo or his decisions late in the fourth quarter. It was decided by two franchises that carry completely different cultures, that are the polar opposites in how they build their teams and that have enjoyed completely different levels of success in recent times.

Rodgers was practicing. Took snaps with PS center Garth Gerhart. But in periods of practice open to us, Flynn and Tolzien got the reps

Like every practice the past 3-4 weeks.
