The Queens roster is OLD, OLD, OLD (and expensive) and definitely on the downswing .
Heading into the 2023 season ... on defense Z is going to be 31, Tomlinson 29, Hunter 29, Kendricks 31, Patrick Peterson 33, and Harrison Smith 34.
They are going to fire their DC and have to decide if they are going to stay a 3-4 or go back to a 4-3.
On offense, Thielen will be 33, Cook 28, and Cousins will be 35.
The Queens 2022 draft was bad, they only have about 4 picks (no 2nd rounder) in 2023, play a first place schedule next season (49ers, Bengals, and Eagles LOL!) and just traded picks so the Packers and Lions could draft their #1 WRs of the future in the last draft..
I cannot think of another 13 win team with a bleaker future than your 2022 Minnesota Football Vikings.
SKOOOOOOOOOOL.

That parts sounds like the Packers last three seasons.

Truth. We are not in an ideal position to be throwing stones. Our shit smells as bad as theirs......
Well maybe a little sweeter.
And more corn in it.

Yea, but our best part of those seasons were not the Bandwagon Franchise not making the playoffsโฆ it was the close game wins, 12โs MVPs, division champ, No. 1 seed, etc. and not once during the playoffs did I think about the Bandwagon Franchise literally at allโtheyโre just a failed franchise we happen to play twice a year during the regular season
The Bandwagon Franchise just went 13-4 and won the division and their best part of the season is the Packers not making the playoffs. No matter what, we are always living rent free in their heads.
Apologies if this has already been posted, but wanted to note that with today's latest playoff loss to the Giants, the MINNESOTA VIKINGS NOW HAVE THE MOST POST-SEASON LOSSES (31) in NFL history.
Thatโs kind of a weird stat because it meant you were very good enough times to get into the playoffs.
But Still Keep On Losing!!!
And the Vikings were not even in the top 10 in attendance.
Listening to #Vikings post-game on @KFAN. What a treat to listen to the hosts and fans calling for the heads of Ed Donatell and Mike Pettine because their defense sucks canal water. Maybe we can pawn Joe Barry off on them too. #SKOL #SKOLOL

Donatell as inspiring a choice as Joe Barry was.
I'd rather have had Pettine from among that three, tbh. At least he was aggressive in coverage on a regular basis.
He also didn't have Campbell or Rosul or peaking Gary. Not to mention what we got from Walker at ILB.
Just because.....

10 Things I Think I Think
301. I think if I were a Vikings fan, I certainly would not feel I got beat by an inferior team Sunday. But I would spend the off-season asking this question: Why would Kirk Cousinsโon fourth-and-eight, with the season on the line, knowing you need eight yards or the season is overโthrow the ball three yards beyond the line to J. Hockenson with a safety right on top of him? The result, of course, was a three-yard gain, with Xavier McKinney toppling Hockenson practically where he caught the ball. Three-yard gain.
(from Peter King. Also in his column the NY Giants twitter account has a hilarious tweet about the Vikings but I canโt figure out how to copy it!)
We do what we do.... I can never figure out if Cousins forgets what down it is or if he just panics and dumps the ball. He had some time on that play as well, but did nothing to break down the coverage.
I think the latter.

Maybe Cousins had thought the Giants DC was Joe Barry?
Basking in the glow! Oh, what a beautiful morning! I bought flood insurance in case the purple tears flood makes its way to where I live.
I particularly enjoyed seeing Jefferson on the sidelines staring dejectedly away in the distanceโฆ

In the press conference after he said he was looking to Jefferson and felt the pressure when nothing was there to jJ
kirk being Kirk. He does what he does.

Shouldn't that say cervezas?
The first 15 games this season Jefferson averaged eight catches and 117 yards per game.
Then he ran into Jaire without the Barry blinders. Since then JJ averaged four receptions and 33 yards per game.
In his defense, he has a QB who decided not to trust him on the BIGGEST PLAY OF THE SEASON!
This will be fun for them. They won the division, so they get the 49ers, Eagles, and Bengals.

Certainly fair to say MLF didn't upgrade with the move from Pettine to Barry.

He majorly downgraded, which says a lot because Pettine was far from ideal.
