Your reigning World Champs the GSW
A couple nights ago they win by 50 & looked like the Harlem Globetrotters. Last night they win a thriller at home over the Clippers.
They're currently 6-0 & it's a long season. Can anything besides injuries stop them?

That's the thing. Curry is on such a different level the way he's playing, it's scary. But one ankle roll... Right now they're blitzing teams, and that's ok for now. As OKC gets acclimated they'll challenge. Once SA gets the kinks worked out, they'll challenge. And the Clippers arecacteam built for the playoffs- if they're healthy, look out. The West is going to great to watch. If they're all healthy into the playoffs, every game is must see tv.

Amazing that the best player in the league is a skinny kid that doesn't play a lot of D and is pretty one dimensional. He's so good scoring though that he's virtually unstoppable and is really fun to watch. GS didn't get to an elite level until they learned to rebound and play D. Curry is the perfect fit for that team and style of play and they will be tough to beat.

HO. LEE. CRAP. Last nights win was bonkers. In the 4th, they shot 73% overall, 8-9 from 3, and an eFG% of 100%. I'm not a huge NBA fan, but that is hands down the funnest team and Steph Curry is far and away the most entertaining player in sports.

Chris Paul goes nuts in the first q the other night... They scored like 42 as a team. I went to sleep thinking the Clippers were going to take them down, especially at Staples. Nope... They are as entertaining a team as I have ever watched. They play the best brand of basketball out there. Unselfish, they play fast, they all excel at their roles, and Curry stirs the drink. They're a helluva lot of fun to watch...

I don't think I'm jinxing anything by mentioning they're up by 34 to start the 4th Q. Ridiculous. 16-0. I think most prognosticators didn't think they could repeat. If they stay healthy, who is going to beat them??

I almost bet my friend who is a big NBA guy (I used to be but not so much anymore) that this would be the spot they would lose in. Coming off a tough double OT game and a back to back night. Nice win for the Bucks! Now ESPN can go back to their LeBron lovefest...

If Curry stays healthy, they'll hit 73 wins. If they want to rest him after they get to about 65-7 or so, they may not get there either.

There are 5 teams right now with a real shot at 60+ wins and a couple (Spurs and Warriors) that could hit or exceed 70. That's pretty amazing. Then again, there are at least a couple of teams (Sixers and Lakers) that have no business even playing right now they are so bad. The West is going to be really interesting come playoff time because only one team will advance. Kind of reminds me of the Bucks in the 80s having to get past Philly and Boston just to get to the championship round.

Tschmack, I actually talked about this with my dad last night. Imagine having to win consecutive 7 games series against Sixers, Celtics, and Lakers in order to win a championship. That's sick.

Bettering the Bulls 96-97 record seemed like a given once they were at 55 or so wins, but stopping the Spurs home-win streak is more impressive to me.

The impending Western conference championship series between the Spurs and the Warriors might be the best non-title series in NBA history. It's amazing to think that the Warriors may go 73-9 and probably be just a slight favorite to even make the NBA Finals. It may depend on which team has to work the hardest to get to that series. If the Warriors end up playing a relatively well rested Spurs team, I'd probably bet on the Spurs. If Parker, Ginobili, and Duncan have to play big minutes in the...

One of the better conference finals matchups in quite some time. I think OKC has a real shot if the dynamic duo can stay healthy. If it doesn't go 6 or 7 games I would be surprised.

OKC with a huge win on the road last night. They refused to quit and seem to be making the most of what could be the last playoff run of Durant and Westbrook together as KD is a free agent and Westbook will be after next season. I like GS and their style of play but admit I am pulling for OKC. It would be a shame if that team didn't at least make the NBA Finals once.

I think the GSW thought they were going to coast to a win in game 1 after getting up on them easily in the first half. Then they went cold shooting, very cold for them & OKC stole 1. It's a good wake up call. I have a feeling you're going to see the real GSW tonight even the series. It's a great test & OKC is very good. Should be a great game.
