The more things change, the more they don't for the Browns. Jeebus...

Even when things are looking promising for the Browns, the Browns-ness of their situation will not subside.

The Browns announced rookie defensive end Myles Garrett has a high ankle sprain, and the team will update his status in a few weeks.

That means he won’t be playing this week against the Steelers, obviously, and it’s a blow for a team hoping the No. 1 overall pick could help spark some changes there.

Garrett had an MRI after yesterday’s practice injury, and obviously the results were not what they were hoping for, since they’re already on the week-to-week timeline.

Packers were done before that Atlanta game & after they beat the Cokeboys.

Pretty much an unfair matchup due to all the injuries at DB. Atlanta didn't impress me one bit vs. Green Bay & it was revealed on Super Bowl Sunday when they choked in the 4th quarter.

I still can't stop laughing at that choke job.

As brutal as Seattle was in 2014. I can't begin to imagine how I'd process GB losing a SB after holding a 28-3 lead. Blowing most of that lead. And then play calling their way out of no FG attempt after being in prime position to kick a FG that would have given them a two possession lead with 3:30 remaining. I'm not sure I'd ever recover from that.

Watching the last few times GB has played Seattle actually makes 14 harder to process. I mean. Of the last 240 minutes GB and Seattle have played each other GB has outplayed Seattle for 235 of those minutes.

But losing a SB like that? That's a whole different level of pain. There is nothing worse than losing a SB. Plenty Packer fans will always put the Denver loss in front of Seattle.

The good news is that the majority of Falcon fans probably fell back into their real love. SEC Football.

This....they live and breath College football  down here. Period. The Falcons are definitely second fiddle.......

Worst pro sports cities in the US. Ranked. (Fan based)

1 - Seattle. It only matters to Seattle if you matter. I've traveled to Seattle for business since the late 1980's. In the 90's everything downtown was Mariners. Everywhere. I mean everywhere. Griffey Jr. and Alex Rodriguez were on every square inch of ad space. Now it's "12's" everywhere. And Sounders. The Mariners could have moved away 10 years ago and no one would have noticed. The only team Seattle ever truly cared about in an underground but actual fan based sort of way now plays in Oklahoma City.

2. Minneaplois. Enough said.

3. Atlanta. The first great team they had was the Braves in the 90's. Couldn't sell out playoff games. Or World Series games. The Braves didn't win more because the locals didnt give half a ****. Who wants a parade in front of a million people that never cared?

4. Phoenix . Why are there any pro teams in Arizona? Pro athletes in Arizona care more about golf than they do about pro sports. No Arizona player is ever winning a title in any sport. Unless it's a PGA event.

5. Los Angeles. Maybe 17,000 people truly care about the Dodgers. In a market of 13 million. There is a reason why NFL teams stayed away until they were paid enough not to stay away. The NFL could have saved LA fans a load of tax dollars If they just bought USC and made them a franchise.

I will always remember the 2010 playoff game in Atlanta. We were at the regular season game in Atlanta, in which we lost, and we took sh*t from "die hard" Falcons fans. They threw out a ton of sh*t at the beginning of the playoff game in Atlanta, they talked so much crap it was ridiculous. After the dominant 2nd quarter, Tramon's interception before halftime and then Rodgers dominance in the 3rd Q, every Falcon fan was gone by the start of the 4th quarter. They emptied out so much so that Packer fans all moved down behind the Packer bench and all you could hear was GO PACK GO in the stadium. They're fair weather fans for sure.

Agree on all the others. I love hearing about "long time" Seahawks fans. Ask them who was the coach of the Seahawks before Carroll, or better yet ask them who was the coach before Holmgren. They don't know sh*t.

I had to think about this. My guess was D.E. - I looked it up. Hey I got it right! D.E.

Now for some REAL trivia --- Who was the QB before Matt Hasselbeck?

I'll give you a hint he came AFTER Warren Moon

What? And have the players take a pay cut by forcing them to play under a cap?

I remember going to the Seattle Kingdome in 1996 the year the Pack won Super Bowl XXXI.   I remember as I stood in line waiting to get into the Stadium, it was like Lambeau Field West.  Just a ton of Packers fans there.  I am going to say there were 55% Seahags and 45% Packers, but it was pretty close to even.  I suspect many "long time" Seahags fans wanted nothing to do with them back when Rick Mirer was their QB.

I'd like to think we'll never let Lambeau Field ever get that full of opposing fans, but I suppose the one that could lead to it is enough season ticket holders trying to make some money selling to opposing fans.

I have spent a fair amount of time in Washington State for work and many locals will say the only "real" fans were those that followed the Sonics.  The Seahawks fans are very Minnesota Vikings like but I actually find MN fans less obnoxious and arrogant.  Either way they are about as front running as they get.   I had to remind some of them their so called "12th man" was basically stolen from Texas A&M and they pay royalties to use it.  That's ****ing comical but not as funny as Mike Daniels miked up this past week and telling people "there's nothing to like about these dudes.  They think they are tough but they are not.  You hit them in the mouth and they start to quit."

I was at that 1996 KIngdome game. Wore my cheeshead and Packer gear. Thought for sure I'd get on TV. I taped the game. Turns out, I was one of about 25,000-30,000 Packer fans. Started seeing them a mile from the stadium as we walked from our car.

We made the regular season game, too.
It was a close, low-scoring game, and after tying it up late in the 4th qtr, the ST allowed a big return + a 15 yard penalty, and they started that drive on our side of the field. A few plays later, they kick a FG for the win.
They were lucky to have won, and their 'fans' knew it. They had a chip on their shoulder at that time because the Falcons weren't getting any 'speck from media, and we listened to that crap all the way to the train station, even though it was clear who the better team really  was.

Your point about the dome emptying out when they are losing is spot on. We've enjoyed that many times when the Packers have played here!

As far as football goes, Seattle is Boston West.

It's actually kind of amazing how often the Vikes have been so close and managed to blow it. The level of suck is mind-boggling.

It is mind boggling honestly how a team that really over the years has had some great talent but has always found a way to choke.  They have brought me much happiness over the years

I honestly don't know what I would do if that freaking team actually won something.

Man! The Seahags' fans must REALLY be arrogant to dethrone the Queens fans of their title of most arrogant! I'm thinking once Queens' fans realize how much more arrogant Seahags' fans are, than they are, a new rivalry will be born.
