Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Tandon Doss ran through the corner of the end zone while trying to come down with a Joe Flacco pass on Sunday. His inability to stay in bounds wasn’t the only poor footwork he demonstrated on the play. Doss stumbled after hauling in the pass and ran into a photographer on the sideline, knocking the cameraman onto his back.

It turned out to be Baltimore Ravens photographer Phil Hoffman. According to the team, he tore his achilles on the collision. If Hoffman were a player Packer, he’d be out for the rest of the season. Luckily, his profession relies more on shutter speed rather than field speed, so he was able to continue working the same game.

We lose players, they lose photographers.

Everything on twitter seems to be re-tweets of the same source (cited above).  I'm sure ESPN wouldn't post on that practice though, and has done the legwork to make sure this snippet is correct.
