I'm just happy that full dementia has not set in at my old age. My wife tells me I am on the road tho. Hopefully the road is long like the 19,000 mile Pan-American Hwy instead of Brett Favre Pass in Green Bay.
Yup, pronouns can be misleading.

Like whatever happened to the poster here who went my the name of stink finger, if I recall correctly?
This thread took a turn.
it's the off-season.....
I really hope this is a fun season in 2024/25
Is it September yet?!?!

Cant be, the Bears and Vikes are still in contention.
From The Dope Sheet
Green Bay and Kansas City were the only teams to win on the road in the 2023 playoffs.
Green Bay opened up the 2023 playoffs with a 48-32 victory at Dallas, ending the Cowboys' 16-game home winning streak
The Wild Card win at Dallas was the first time in franchise history
(regular season or playoffs) that the Packers posted 48-plus points, 400-plus total yards, zero giveaways and zero sacks allowed in a game.Green Bay also became the first NFL team in postseason history to hit those marks in a game.
For the first time in team history, Green Bay did not allow a sack in back-to-back playoff games in a single postseason. If you include the regular season, the Packers gave up two sacks over their final five games, the fewest allowed over a five-game span by Green Bay since giving up two sacks in five games in 2004 (Oct. 24 - Nov. 29), per Elias.
QB Jordan Love led the Packers to the playoffs in his first year as a starter and posted a passer rating of 108.6 in the playoffs, the fourth-highest single-postseason mark in franchise history, trailing Bart Starr (135.6, 1966) and Aaron Rodgers (121.4 in 2009 and 109.8 in 2010).
Green Bay became the youngest team to win a playoff game since the merger (1970).
This was posted today, not sure if the interview was today. Believe it was from the 16th. The RX3 Charity Flag Football match. 8 was there as well. Looks like RX3 is a private equity firm 8's a partner in.

"Very few QB's in the NFL could pull off this play. GB's last 3 QB's were 3 of them."
Channing Crowder is hilarious.... "Thanks for keeping the (light-skinned) culture going."

Basically a recap of the video Titm posted.
Highly recommend that video. Good stuff in 45 minutes.
Man, it's the off-season and you keep getting me exited for 2024 with these recaps.
My adrenal glands need some relief.
Glands needing relief?

That was great. Thank you.
I'm pretty much going to keep an eye on "The Pivot" for any player. Those 3 guys are great together. Ryan & Fred as the stoic straight guys and Channing as the cut-up. That's impressive stuff on YT & we get a good look into the players too.
Brian Gutekunst says the Packers have had preliminary extension talks with Jordan Love’s reps: “Certainly the sooner the better, but at the same time, I think we wanna make sure we do it the right way. We've started, but it's not something that's gonna go quickly, I don't think.”

LaFleur on filling Aaron Jones' leadership void: "Naturally, somebody’s going to have to step up. I talked to Jordan about this a little bit. He’s got a year under his belt as the starter. Now I expect more out of him. I think we all do. I think he expects it out of himself."

This mofo is making the rounds.
Jordan Love has an LA Dodger hat with the logo upside down. Is that a sign for help? SOS? Get him off that podcast asap? Interesting Hat....
Virginia Tech
C'mon man, it's clearly a rally cap.
No, this clearly requires a deeper level of thinking...
The 'V' is too obvious; easy connections can be made to '5', or 'victory' perhaps?
The other thing symbolizes Love turning the world upside down.
Together, it means JLove will turn the football world upside down by winning 5 Owls.

I guffawed!
^^^ I heard Murph suggested one of those really big, round tip jars, but Gute thought that would be a bit much. Ya know, for the financial coffers.
No leisure suit, however.
I asked Matt LaFleur for Jordan Love's best throw of the 2023 season. He had an immediate answer.
