analogy - a comparison between two things, typically on the basis of their structure and for the purpose of explanation or clarification.
Nope.
Thanks KooK!
Heard that MM acknowledged that he knew about Rodgers' knee injury, yet it was never disclosed on an injury report. Isn't that a problem? Can we get in trouble with the league for that?
I completely missed that Ty had surgery
you are not alone. and what was done? inquiring minds want to know. state secret. offensive advantage of the unknown... yeah, whatever. line 'em up.
Monty... ligament damage was undetected initially or occurred while he was trying to get back on the field. Never read anything that specified the timeline, just the reason for the surgery late in the season.

There won't be a shock move, but Ted relies so heavily on the draft and a couple positions they need players (running back, tight end) look extremely weak. If Ted looks at the board and figures that he can't get players at those positions, then he'll look at other avenues. Don't rule out trades either. Ted traded a late rounder for Ryan Grant and that proved to be a pretty good move. Generally speaking, the younger a running back is the better. Ted might prefer to trade a fifth or sixth rounder to get a running back that would only be a year or two older than a guy he'd draft and have a lot more tread on the tires than the older guys that are available in free agency.
I remember the surgery announcement for Ty when they finally IR'd him. It was why they finally did after the long and painful "he's rehabbing" saga. I was holding out hope he'd be back for the playoffs.
Pretty sure Ted did sign John Randle, Doug Evans and Randall Godfrey in Seattle. Also traded a high pick for hasselbeck.
Norman Hand
Bobby engram, chike okeafor
The Seahawks did sign quite a few free agents, but Holmgren had all the power. Ted might've been doing as he was told.
Who knows?
Fact is holmgren was head coach and Ted was vp.
Signing Crosby not worth big bucks
Sorry Rod. Don't agree with this. I have no issues giving him 3-4 mil. He's been nothing but purely consistent and is a good, cold weather kicker and a good teammate off the field. Pay the man.
Dude can also tackle. Rare occasion but gotta love his willingness.
Hmmm.
GREEN BAY, Wis. -- Mark Murphy knows how much longer Ted Thompson plans to work as the Green Bay Packers general manager. He also has a succession plan in mind.
The Packers president/CEO isnβt ready to reveal either one.
However, this much is clear: Murphy wonβt be caught off guard when Thompson decides to step down.
During an interview last week at the NFL scouting combine in Indianapolis, Murphy seemed confident in both the direction Thompson is taking the Packers in and what the future holds whenever his long-time general manager decides to walk away.
Thompson turned 63 on Jan. 17, the day after the Packers lost to the Arizona Cardinals in the playoffs. Heβs under contract through the 2018 season.
When asked if he has an idea how long Thompson will continue, Murphy said, βYeah, I do.β However, he wouldnβt say whether Thompson would fulfill his contract.
His answers were the same when asked whether he has a plan in mind to replace Thompson -- βI do,β he said -- and whether that means Packers director of player personnel Eliot Wolf will be Thompsonβs successor -- βI wonβt get into that,β he said...
Just read this. Randall needs to keep smarter company. Idot
From what I read, he was driving but was released at the scene. Maybe he was acting as the DD.
Marijuana, of course, shouldn't be illegal.

Kinda hard to be the DD when your....
Don't see any disciplinary action for this for Randall. Was the car his or was it Jaelen Strong's?
I believe the car was his. I don't see disciplinary action, but the kid has to choose better friends who won't put him in dumb situations. Randall may need to google Johnny Jolly and see what happens when your "friends" fu** with your career.

The car (black Maserati) had no "visible" license plates. One report I read said it was Strongs, but Randall was driving.
Strong admitted to having marijuana without a medical card. He turned over a box that had 3 marijuana cigarettes in it.
Strong said the pot was his. Maybe Strong is Randall's fall guy.
Let's ask Cris Carter!
Whoever the Maserati belongs to chose poorly. Drive a car/truck that draws absolutely no attention to you whatsoever and you'll enjoy unending joy rides and the majority of driving in traffic without talking to johnny law. You buy the Maserati after you retire from the NFL. I know that's a hard one for young rich dudes looking for chicks but....
Going by that mugshot of Jaelen that was some Strong Weed.
DUMarious better be ready for ranDUM drug testing.
I wonder how many percentage points the owners will get on the next CBA to take Mary Jane off the drug tests. We already know they'll sell anything.
By my doctor's orders, I'll support it!

Bigger problem was the "strong odor" of marijuana from the car when the stop was made.
disagree. that wasn't what got them initially pulled over. they don't get pulled over, nobody smells anything. keep your car common and legal, don't draw attention to yourself.
