Hindsight says Gute should have pulled the trigger on trading AR to Denver and I don’t know who made the final decision on not doing so….but there’s no way that I could fault a GM for NOT trading his QB after back to back MVP seasons.

He's also a guy probably going to Harvard because of some donation that's never had to work a day in his life. That would make him the 4th generation in a row where that's happened (his great-great grandfather made the money).

The Jets have a really good shot at the #1 overall pick. It’s very possible they lose 4 of their last 5 games. If they go 4-13 they are certainly in the mix.
That would be a reason to bench Rodgers. Just like the Colts did the "Suck for Luck!"
I think the Jags will get the #1 pick. They may bench Fabio for the rest of the season. Anybody think Mac Jones will win any games? How about C J Beathardt? Maybe they will grab Daniel Jones off the Vikings practice squad.

Gerald McCoy on NFL Network said it best on Sunday.
He needs to go somewhere, where the coaching transcends him. Not how he transcends the coaching like the Jets.
McCoy suggested the Steelers which would make a ton of sense, because Tomlin won't take any shit from him.
The big question is, will Rodgers humble himself enough to allow that to happen. If not, he's probably done in the NFL even though he can still play.
Does it take three years to evaluate a trade like the draft, or can we start judging now?
