So no different than coming here and reading the crap you spew, right?? That's all it is..total and utter BS. I mean for you to call him out is really rich, since you're such an arrogant, pompous POS yourself, I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Why don't you just admit that you didn't like what he said because it doesn't fit your fucking whack job, radical political views?? That's all it is, that's why you're butt hurt. Period. Wah wah wah. Too fucking bad. I for one am glad he spoke up, it's about time the American people start pushing back on the tyranny they are trying to push onto us.

You mention the previous President lied, yet left out the part that he's vaccinated. Wonder why?? Also, you want lies?? How about this?? Joe Biden Dec 2020 "No, I don't think the vaccine should be mandated and I won't mandate it". Talk about a fucking lie. No wonder you run in the same liberal psycho circle. It definitely fits you.

Are you fucking kidding me with this?

Trump was only secretly vaccinated immediately before he left Office in January of 2021, and that was only after he was rushed to Walter Reed hospital when he contracted COVID, reporting dangerously low oxygen levels. He’s only alive now because, as President, he had the very top medical care in the world, including access to forms of treatments that were unavailable to every other American citizen.

Are you really holding Trump up as a shining beacon? Mr. β€œthe pandemic is a hoax perpetrated by the Democrats to injure my re-election chances”? Mr. β€œit will go away when the temperature warms”, Mr. β€œcan we inject bleach, or use sunlight exposure, to kill COVID-19”?

You seriously cannot be that daft.

If I got covid, I got it. I'd have no way of knowing if they gave it to me, or where exactly I got it from. That's a fact. It's one of those things that just happens. If I died from it, it is what it is. I wouldn't know it even if i did.

And this is the crux of the issue that arrogant pricks on that side of the fence just don't seem to get.  It's not about your health and safety you f'ing tool, it's about passing it to the most vulnerable around us.  But oh good lord! Now we're talking socialism!

Okay if you say so. The point is, he lied when he said "no, I don't think it should be mandated, and I won't mandate it". Selfish morons are the one's that belittle and deride those that haven't been vaxxed or don't wear a mask 24/7. If you're vaxxed and masked, what difference does it make to you?? Frankly, if i was unvaxxed, and even now that I am, I couldn't care less what other people do around me in regards to that. If they don't want to wear a mask around me, go for it. If they do, go for it. I don't care, it's THEIR decision. It's not mine to make for them.

I'm immune compromised.  I got 3 jabs & wear a mask.  Anyone with COVID (vaxxed or not, masked or not) is a danger to me.  That's why I care.

My Dad is 84.  My Mom is in a nursing home.  I want to do everything I can to protect them.

You apparently only care about you.  Many of us care about others.

For the 1000x time

There’s an easy solution to all of this bullshit

You want a choice?  Cool.  Don’t get the spike.  But if you get uncle C19, well, you pay 100% for treatment after being moved to the back of the line.  Your ignorance and selfish crap cuts both ways.

Oh, and you are banned from posting on social media β€œif I had only known” while in the hospital or ICU.

Yeah I said it. Get on with it already.  You mess with Hank it’s game over.  Good luck.

Tschmack...here's something for you to consider

1. You're a pompous, arrogant, POS human being.

2. You're too much of a chicken shit to say any of that to my face, I can promise you that.

Hank is a nobody. He's a fucking liberal stain on this country. Period. He talks such a big game, but i can guarantee you he wears a mask in his vehicle all alone. He's more then welcome to come at me in person if he so chooses. I'd welcome it. It'd be game over for sure, but not for me.

Address?

Hell, how about a phone number?

Oh shit!  He was asking me out on a date?

Sorry, I prefer people with teeth.  Well, most of the time.

You let me know where you are buddy!

Aren't the most vulnerable taking every precaution?? Meaning, being vaxxed and wearing a mask?? If so, what's the problem?? Doesn't the "science" say they should be protected?? If You're wearing a mask, and I'm not and masks are effective, aren't you protected from me and I'm protected from you?? After all one of us is wearing a mask, right??

Here's the solution that SHOULD have happened from the very beginning...the most vulnerable and the biggest scared pussies(two diff things), could have/should have been locked down and stayed home while the rest of us lived our lives. That would have essentially solved the problem from the get go.

Because breakthrough cases happen, Gomer.  And because there are too many meatballs out there who after refusing to Vax or mask,, get sick and clog up the health care system.  The point is we need to do everything we can to minimize the impact of a global fucking pandemic, and protect the most vulnerable. Even if the weak crying "oppression" can't be bothered to do very simple things.

Here’s what I keep coming back to in my own small brain……How the hell does Rodgers vax status really effect me? It mainly effects me because I follow the Packers and I want them to win. If he comes back and helps them win am I still going to obsess about this? Maybe I’m a douche, but the answer is no.

I’ve obviously got my own opinions on things regarding COVID,  and I deal with them as they effect me and my those close to me. Like some truthful, but still a dick, person mentioned to me on here…..this is the Internet.

Since Rodgers essentially flouted the rules on Covid, why does he follow any NFL rules>?   Intentional grounding, naw just throw the ball away.   Tell the OL to hold on every play, that way he never gets sacked.  Across the line of scrimmage, so what. Throw the ball anyway.  Tell the WR to push off on every play.  We don't need no stinking rules.   The new Aaron Rodgers way to play in the NFL.

Already rebuttals coming. Per a source, Rodgers not only never talked to a league doctor during his application for an exemption that was submitted by the team’s medical staff, but also the player’s name was never included. The process started w/ an anonymous request from the GBP

So you go out in front of the world and spout a whole bunch of shit and some of it is already being disputed as false. The puts everything else you said in question along with your allergy to an mRNA component.

Darwin approved plan. Yep, it would have solved more than one problem.

THANK YOU!! People seem to be obsessed with who is vaxxed and who isn't vaxxed in this country. It's pretty incredible. Particularly sports media. How in the hell does it effect them in any way, shape or form if Aaron Rodgers or any player is vaccinated or not?? I frankly couldn't care less who is or isn't. None of my business, and I really don't care. Yet, the sports media will ask EVERYONE if they are vaxxed or not. Make no mistake about it, they are sending a subliminal message every time they ask it. They know it. It's lecturing without really lecturing.

My advice to the sports media, and in particular the Packer media, if it bothers you so much that Aaaron isn't wearing a mask at his pressers(even though you are), then it's simple, stay away, don't cover the presser.

Do I like the fact that Arodg has to miss this game?? No, because it effects how the team may do. Beyond that, I couldn't care less. What appals me the most is how the NFL(and many others) treat vaxxed ppl and unvaxxed ppl differently. No reason for that. If a guy doesnt have symptoms, he should be able to play. period.

This is from Pete Dougherty on JS and best sums up how I feel on the topic. I’m posting the whole piece because it’s for subscribers only and I realize I’m in the minority of who can afford the $1 for 6 month subscription.

GREEN BAY - First things first: Friday on the "Pat McAfee Show," Aaron Rodgers looked good, sounded good and said he feels good.

That is good news. COVID-19 can be deadly no matter your age and overall health, as far too many of us know either first-hand or from friends and family who have gotten extremely sick or died from it

As for Rodgers’ marathon 46-minute-plus appearance on McAfee’s show to explain his decision to forego vaccination, he was exactly as you’d expect: well-prepared and articulate.

Among his main points was that he’s allergic to a component in the two mRNA vaccines (Moderna and Pfizer), so he couldn’t take either of those. Then he expressed qualms about the Johnson & Johnson vaccine because its use was temporarily paused last spring after a rare but adverse effect – Thrombosis with Thrombocytopenia Syndrome (blood clots).

Here is where Rodgers and I start to part company. Yes, the J&J vaccine was temporarily paused, but the FDA lifted the pause after 10 days. The CDC reports there’s a .00031% chance of getting TTS from a J&J shot. A study from the University of Oxford found the odds of getting TTS from COVID-19 are 25 times greater than that.

But let’s not digress. At this point it’s not worth diving into the rabbit hole of interpretations of the science. Pretty much everybody’s mind is made up on vaccinations, and nothing is going to change it. We could go back and forth all day on point/counterpoint and dueling experts. It will lead nowhere.
The bottom line is, Rodgers said the doctor or doctors he consulted told him the risks of the vaccines were greater for him than the risk of COVID-19’s effects. The experts I consulted found that assessment plausible for the mRNA vaccinations but hard to justify concerning the J&J vaccine. But if that’s what they told him, that’s what they told him.

And when Rodgers said Friday that it’s his body and his right to decide what goes in it, of course he’s right.

Now, I still argue that as CEO of the locker room Rodgers and the other top starting quarterbacks in the league are obligated to their teammates and organizations to do everything reasonable to give their teams the best chance to win. If you’re vaccinated you’re less likely to get COVID-19, and if you get COVID-19 the path to returning is quicker. In my mind this responsibility goes with the job status and pay, and taking a COVID-19 vaccine is well within the bounds of reasonable. The experts I’ve consulted think Rodgers and the doctors he consulted misinterpret the science on J&J and that his concern about long-term effects – Rodgers specifically referenced infertility – have zero foundation.

Rodgers, on the other hand, made clear he’s convinced the risks of vaccination don’t fall within the bounds of reasonable obligations to his team. Even if you think he’s dead wrong about the risks, it’s his call all the way.

But if it really is that important to him, and it obviously is, then he also has to accept the consequences of his decision. That means following the rules for unvaccinated players that his union and the league agreed upon last summer. The NFL didn’t just foist this one on the players. Their union has medical consultants too, and they had a big say.

Are the rules for the unvaccinated draconian, as Rodgers said? Yeah, some of them are. But the union approved them, he knew them ahead of time and he’s bound to them contractually. It’s not his choice which to obey and ignore.

More to the point, his obligation to teammates meant he had no business breaking unvaccinated protocol by attending a Halloween party last Saturday night, let alone without wearing PPV, as photos online from that night show. The party never came up in his interview with McAfee, and it’s easy to see why. Even if he believes he’s right on everything he talked about Friday, he has to know attending that party is impossible to defend. Hard not to wonder if that’s where he contracted COVID-19.
Rodgers was persuasive late in the show when he talked about turning down the temperature on the vaccine debate and not politicizing it, though he undercut that message by referencing the β€œwoke mob.” He’s right that conversation is the best approach, though that’s hard to find on this issue. There’s something about vaccination that makes it, as one doctor I’ve talked to says, β€œan identity anchor.”Regardless, now Rodgers has had his say, and everything the Packers can hope to accomplish this season is still in front of them. They’re 7-1 and will probably return some key injured players (Za’Darius Smith, Jaire Alexander) in the next month or so.

The question is what fallout, if any, befalls the team because of this week. But of course, there’s no way to know now.

In the moment, this is obviously huge news. And maybe it will disrupt the Packers’ chemistry and locker room, or Rodgers’ absence for a game or two will cost them seeding in the playoffs. Maybe Jordan Love will play great and flip the script.

Or, more likely, in two months this will be a blip on the screen, no more important than their bad loss to New Orleans in the opener. In the end, it all comes down to whether they win.

Here's the itinerary for our date!

You tell me where you're at and I'll send you a waiver.  I'll fill you in on the details later.  I'll call you so you know it's me out there.  I'll even send a sexy pic for proof.

I'll be sitting in a lawn chair waiting with bated breath.

You'll maybe work up the courage to come out but I understand that years of drinking wood grain alcohol could cause some social anxiety.  But don't worry!  I won't leave.  I'll just be sitting there in that chair waiting for you to come out.

You may take a belt or two of the good turpentine and then come out and caterwaul a bit, maybe even wave a gun around and try to be all rootin' tootin'.

I'll let you rant, foam at the mouth, do fake tough guy stuff, whatever your druthers.  I'll just sit there in my chair.  I'll bring coffee because it'll probably be kind of chilly.

When you're done with your little "show" and you haven't done anything but piss down your leg I'll confirm you are indeed done.

Now, this is where the waiver comes in.

1) You confirm you invited me to your address.

2) You take personal responsibility for your own well being

3) You confirm you will listen to my response under financial penalty.

4) You have contacted all neighbors as to the event.

I will then progress with a historical lecture with full visual aids, research materials and even handouts if you need them.  I'm a giving person.  The lecture will be a MINIMUM of 4 hours.  If you decide to go inside I will continue on a bull horn.

In that time I will meticulously go over not only the history but social conditions of this country since 1980.  I like to go historical benders so that may add a couple of hours.  As this lecture continues you will start to see fragments of yourself seeping up from your subconscious in how this whole history plays out.  You will become enraged as I endlessly and expertly dissect the false gods you praise.  I will show you just how small you are.

Then if you're stupid enough to attack me I'll do what I've done hundreds of times before and pick you up, slam you to the ground and choke you out.  Doesn't matter if you have a weapon.

Then I'll go grab a ham sammich and complain my back hurts all the way home.

Another angle of this - did the team not enforce COVID protocols on Rodgers because of what happened this offseason ?  I think it's pretty obvious that was a huge factor in how they treated Rodgers and his unvaxxed status.  Can you imagine what would have happened if Gute or Murphy fined Rodgers for anything COVID related?  The ensuing meltdown would have made Chernobyl seem like a firework.
