So, does that mean instead of 4 years 200mil, it's 4 years 198 mil?

By horse's mouth, I thought you were talking about Elway.

Wouldn't put that past him.

Well, as usual, the media is jumping the gun and trying to get clicks, making themselves look like the fools they are.  I remember the Denver media last year reporting that "a trade is immenent" between the Broncos and Packers for AR.  The details will come out from credible sources eventually.  Taking everything with a grain of salt for now.  The only things we know are true are AR's coming back and DA's getting tagged.

What’s a bit strange about that Rodgers tweet is he makes a point to say he’s playing for the Packers NEXT year.  Then he also states the terms of the contract aren’t accurate.

If you recall, after last offseason he reworked his deal to essentially void the 2023 year.   What if he agreed to an β€œextension” that meant this year and several voidable years that would allow him after the 2022 season to become a FA?  If this actually were to happen given what Denver was willing to trade then there will be a lot of pissed off Packers fans.

Amen.

Seattle will be absolutely buried in that division until they find a QB.

LA is currently the only team in the NFCW that is fairly stable and has a track record of winning.  SF looks like they're transitioning to Trey Lance so their success will hinge on how good he is or isn't.  ARZ is a bit of a ??? after their late season collapse and some drama with Kyler.  I agree SEA is still #4 in that line up but it may not be as formidable as it looked around mid season 2021.

An old man and his son worked a small farm with only one horse to pull the plow

One day , the horse ran away.
β€œ How terrible,”  sympathized his neighbors What bad luck !

β€œWho knows whether it is bad luck or good luck” the farmer replied

A week later the horse returned, leading five wild mares into the barn.
β€œWhat wonderful luck !”, the neighbors exclaimed

β€œGood luck? Bad luck?”  Who knows answered the old man

The next day, the son, trying to tame one of the wild mares fell and broke his leg.

β€œHow terrible, what bad luck! β€œ

The following week the army came to all the farms to take the young men for war, but the farmer’s son had a broken leg and was of no use to them, so he was spared.

Good Luck? Bad Luck ? Who knows ?

Everything has a purpose, a lesson;  it is for you to make the best use of it.

Go Packers

I hate the fact that you are so much smarter than me. Screw you!

Then the FO would be a bunch of F-Ups as some here are already calling them. I have confidence they did not do that. I read somewhere the new contract is supposed to be cap friendly to allow the team to do some things to keep the gang together the next two years. I think that is the plan. Two more years with Rodgers then he rides off into the sunset in the Golf Cart 69 gave him.

I guess the rest of you wanted to see Chongo running around naked in the snow?  Whatever floats your boat, man.

Oooooooohhhh, I get it now.  I was a little slow on the draw there, LOL.  And no, I don't want to see Chongo running around naked in the snow.  Sorry Chongo.  Unless you're shooting fireworks out of your ass.  That would be funny.
