The Cowboys signing of Hardy may be the equivalent of their acquisition of Charles Haley 2 decades ago, a despicable human putting them over the top.

Then again, in the internet age, his transgressions are much more difficult to hide and maybe he destroys the chemistry the team was building. Let's hope that is what happens.

Hardy on the Cowboys just makes me despise that franchise all the more.

@RapSheet: Former #49ers LB Chris Borland, now retired, told CBS’ “Face The Nation” that he’s returning 3/4 of his $617,436 signing bonus to the team.

I had seen somewhere that the 49ers would seek to get that money back through legal channels. Another stand up move by Borland.

Like that was ever in doubt.

**** Ray McDonald. If your best season is 39 tackles and 5.5 sacks playing between Patrick Willis, Aldon Smith, Ahmad Brooks, Justin Smith, and NaVorro Bowman in their absolute prime there's a good chance you suck. Mike Daniels puts those numbers up every year in GB.

And Ray likes to hit women. So if anyone should hate anything about Ray being in the division it's Jayme Cutler.

"Did I ever tell you about the time I went horseback riding with Brasky Mike Daniels, but there weren't any horses around? Well, Brasky Mike Daniels throws a saddle on my back and rides me around Wyoming for three days. Well, wouldn't you know it, my stamina increases with each day and I develop tremendous leg muscles. So anyway, Brasky Mike Daniels decides to enter me in the Breeders' Cup, right, under the name Turkish Delight. And I'm running in second place, and I'm running and I break my ankle! They’re about to shoot me. Then someone from the crowd yells out, God bless him, 'Don't shoot him, he's a human.'"

Didn't know we had psychologists here.

What probably happened is while he was productive last year, he also caught a lot of D's by surprise, nobody had any tape on him.  This year they did and were able to take away what he was good at.  He didn't counter-adjust very well, couldn't get open and didn't see the ball.  Add in the emergence of RD2 receiver with RD1 talent and there you have it.

If "getting blanketed by Richard Sherman" zapped his will to play the game, I don't want him on the team anyway.

If that's true (which I'm not certain it is) then he's a pussy & done in the NFL. The whispers were there last year about his work ethic.

If you're in the NFL & "getting pushed down the food chain" what do you do? Curl up in a ball & cry? or fight back?!

This is a game for men with a hunger to play & get better & be champions. Not some self-entitled baby who thinks everyone should roll over & hand them a trophy.
