Elite defenses. Unless something changes, we’re in trouble if we need an elite defense to win another SB.

True.  And yet the 2 times I’ve seen the Pack win a Super Bowl in the past 30 years, that’s exactly what they had both times.

I think times have changed though.  The game is so offense and QB Centric now, I think it’s possible there’s no such thing as an elite defense anymore thanks to all the rules that work against them.

In the last Super Bowl, Jalen Hurts fumble returned for a TD was the difference in the game.

Warner saying he saw Love make some decisions ahead of time instead of letting it all come to him is the same thing said by either Clements or Love. I remember reading something about Love having to go to the line with an open mind about where the ball should go. I think that's a common flaw among inexperienced QBs, and one that should improve as the year goes on. It appears as if Love played a bit better against KC than most of us thought, so that's a good sign. As long as Love gets better throughout the year, I'll be a happy fan.

Remember, Spags blitzed the shit out of Love that game.

It is very clear to see as early as the Lions game from 2 years ago, when we all bashed him for looking so awful. Yet he was developing.
