J-Mike yukking it up with Rodgers & Jordy
I think at this point oldschool has elevated himself into the pantheon that only jaymo occupies. And maybe Al.
Ad hominem panda man love makes a crazy return out of nowhere!!!
Nom Nom Nom!

I second this motion.
Excited to see two free agent QBs get all the snaps Sunday. I don't think we'll see more than a few snaps for a few starters.
Players I'll be watching. Clark, Davis (returns), Gunter, Hawkins, Martinez, Fackrell, Spriggs, Murphy, Barclay, Perillo, and Crockett. Would love to see a heavy dose of Crockett.
Live Football! Finally.
ChilliJon posted:Old school is a dumbass for using the quote feature to much. He also pm'd me he wanted to see Kuhn naked.
Indeed.
And I'll add Geronimo Allison and Lowry to that list.

There hasn't been one aspect of camp that hasn't been covered in this thread. Titm covers 98% of it. The rest is filled in. On top of that there are a lot of football people on this site that elevate the reports from the reporters. Nothing in camp has been overlooked. That's what makes this site great.
Theres been a lot of extracurricular activity. A lot of nonsense. A lot of diversion. Trolling. That's going to draw a response as well. It's also what makes this site great.
In the end you're not getting more good info on camp here than anywhere else. You won't read anything on camp from outside Green Bay that wasn't covered here in greater depth.
OldSchool. You liking that post is liking Brett Kaepernick for going with "you can only handle truth if you're handed truth" for his yearbook quote.
Seriously man. Cut bait or go somewhere else. It's not productive.

3rd'd.
Take it to PMs or another thread.

Hope you don't mind the addendum, GBFFL.
Having to read page after page of quotes is NOT fun.
There is hardly any new Packers Camp news in the last couple of days..and Favre is sponging up a lot of coverage.
A look at Lacy in his rather spartan St. Norbert dorm room.
Not much in this room, might as well be productive. #LateNight #BeachbodyPerformance #PackersCamp
uh oh, looks like Eddie is imbibing in the Green drank!

You miss the point. A lot of us come here first before traditional sources. When you have to wade through 25 posts of 1 guys diarrhea, it subtracts from the experience.
Take that **** to a different thread so those who want to take a sniff can and those who don't can avoid it.
It's easy to get sucked in to a troll's BS, but I agree. Let's get back on with TC news and discussion only. If people want to discuss Janis, Adams, or any other specific player I'm sure there is a specific thread on the board for that player and you can bring up your argument there.
I'm really interested to see Crockett and the other RBs, especially the FBs, in the preseason game. As I've said before, practice doesn't allow for a good evaluation of RBs as contact isn't really full on.
Point taken BD.

How dare you. How. Dare. You.
Game Day!
Khyri Thornton doing well with the Lions so far. Looks like he's in line to make their roster.
Callahan gets the start. UDFA 3 months ago. Have to think MM gives him at least one series with the starts. Possibly two.
Khyri is one quick mofo. Probably just needed time. Injuries didn't help.
Maybe getting cut by GB and NE gave him a wake up call. There was obvious physical talent, but he just wasn't playing like he belonged in the NFL. This just speaks about the need to be patient with some players, it takes some guys a while before it really clicks with them.

Rodgers in @WildeAndTausch interview: Abbrederis "a phenomenal camp." Cobb "looks great." Adams "a great camp."
Janis "has progressed."
Hater
Shouldn't that picture have Janis! with a pancake on his head?
By "progressed" he must mean "taken a step backward".
Someone had posted about how GB has been able to draft and develop DBs over the years and that's true. Go back even to when TT was in Seattle. The guy has an eye for good DB talent. You need good coaching as well, but it all starts with knowing what to look for in players and TT excels at finding CBs and safeties. Not too many busts in his draft history at those positions.
Packers practice tonight. Will be interesting to see if Jordy and Cook are going to practice.
In the history of MM/TT, has a player ever "come back" to play or practice sooner than fans expected? This would fit that bill.
oldschool:
"Adams "a great camp."
Oh man, what great news!!!
"Will be back soon" = MM code for amputation tomorrow
Certainly not encouraging about Janis!
If he wasn't such a special teams demon I'd guess he would be one of the first guys cut.
Sounds like Adams has made some improvement as well which is important for his confidence and ours!
Not surprised at all by Abbrederis. Like another former walk on Badger (Jim Leonhard) all he does is outwork and outhustle and make plays despite the fact he's not the biggest or strongest or fastest guy. If he could stay healthy he would be a solid contributor. Probably a concussion away from being out of football.
I'd guess Adams is healthy.
Tomorrow I'm making my second ever trip to Lambeau (first was an offseason trip in 2005 with the wife and kids) and first chance to see a practice. Bringing my sainted mom with me so I suspect we'll only catch a little bit of practice and a lot of Atrium. We're also going to visit the Shrine out in Champion and tool around Door County a bit before heading back up nort tomorrow night.
SO ****ING EXCITED!!!
In the meantime was able to score some cheap swag two blocks from my house at the burg's annual Krazy Day street sale for local vendors. Among them some sweet tees for my boy, only $10 bucks per.
Why the hell did I ever move away from here?
