Jaire was horrendously bad at times in his first rookie year...not sweating Stokes mistakes just yet.

Adams and Rodgers beat up on Jaire too his rookie year.  They did it to speed up his game.  The only concern I have with Stokes right now is he over plays his speed.  Totally fixable but I'm sure we'll see some playing out of control from him.  I doubt he's beating out King right away but that would be nice if he stepped up.

He's going to be hard to keep off the 53. Has been really good since OTA's earlier in the year.

Maybe Gutey just cuts Cobb..

Not trying to be a dick here but what is so impressive about that clip?  He caught the ball?

In other news, I get to check off one of my bucket list items. I get to take my 20 year old grandson to Lambeau this year. My first trip to Green Bay was in 2001 and he was a couple of months old then. He watched the game then from Florida with his onesie Packer shirt and now he is a Junior Architecture Major at UCF.   He is a huge Packers fan (because of me) and we got tickets to the Rams game, Sunday after Thanksgiving. He actually got tears in his eyes when I showed them to him. He knows I dont have too many of these type trips left in me so it will be a legacy i leave with him.  Excited already to spend that time with him and also to see what should be the game of the year if all things play out as they should.

Yeah, that was . . . impressive.  No pads, no defenders.  Plus, that cut was classic Bubba Franks.

I don't give a shit as long as the kid can catch the ball when it counts.

Couldn't get this to attach to above ....wife and daughters with me for home opened 2017 vs. Seattle, definitely a bucket list trip!!!

Great pic FlPacker. Defintely an early season game with the shorts and shirts. I am expecting it to be more like this at the end of November. And I am ok with it.

You'll still have a great time. Previous game I went to was 1999, went with a friend, flew in, stayed near stadium, ate at Favre's after game and it was nice. But the second time with my family was special; younger daughter was living in Chicago, so the three of us flew there and then drove to the game. Driving in was one of the best parts...as far as two hours out, everyone on the road was going to the game; parked in a guys lawn (of course they tried like heck to get my daughters to stay and play beer pong with them), the whole experience was memorable!!

Not sure if I should post this here, but, thought it interesting…..

If you thought Dan Campbell would be upset that two of his players exchanged punches after a competitive blocking drill, you don't know the Detroit Lions coach too well.

A day after rookies Amon-Ra St. Brown and Ifeatu Melifonwu got into a brief but heated scrap, Campbell chose to praise their competitive fire rather than condemn the post-whistle exchange.

"I was fired up because they’re competing, man," Campbell said Wednesday. "It was good to see both of them, two young bucks, after it. We had a pretty good idea of Amon-Ra, ‘The Sun God,’ what he’s capable of. Just when he gets pads on, he’s aggressive. It showed up on tape in college, like this guy will mix it up. There’s things you see in Iffy  (Melifonwu) in school, but yet I didn’t quite know. Just to know he’s got a little, ‘Hey man, I’m not your punching bag,' that encouraged me, it really did."

Should you encounter a wintry weather game, we expect to see you AND grandson shirtless!

Not necessary in November but the best thing I ever did was buy heated socks for the Rams game in January. My feet never got cold so I was feeling good the whole day!

So glad 12 asked Gute to sign Cobb to save up from this no talent punk.

Half of Cobb's contract this year goes towards his coaching and mentor skills.
