Vikings are a mess. Whatcha gonna do?
Celebrate?
@DH13 posted:But the best part might be the last paragraph about Kark.
Isn't that last paragraph sweet! Fair weather viking fans and sports writers! They are everywhere! Watch Spielman try to finagle a trade with whomever drafts first, if the vikings are not that team, because of their record. If they should draft Lawrence, they will ruin his career, too! After all, the vikings suck!
From this ESPN article:
A 34.5% drop after only TWO games. I would say their chances are 0.0%, But they didn't ask me.
More like the Pro Shop knows something the Vikings don't!
They won the off-season title. Anything after that is gravy.
Found this little gem on bleacherreport:
Kirk ranks 30th with 372 passing yards after two games, just one spot ahead of rookie Justin Herbert (311 yds) after his debut
I guess Diggs was important...
They didn't know how to use Diggs. He's getting 11 targets a game in Buffalo. Should probably get even more.
He always had big games against us...

Relegation!

That would be EPIC!
Vikings already down 2 games in the loss column!
Must be due to their "unprecedented" injuries!

Jaymo's lack of reality is unprecedented. All those Packers listed as being injured, during that Super Bowl run, are wearing Super Bowl rings, today!
Wondering if Cousins can play defense?
At least two viking DBs out for Sunday vs Tennessee.
I'm telling ya.....they're tanking for Trevor Lawrence!!
Both those guys just signed 5 year deals so they're not going anywhere.
βWeβve got a lot of corners on this team,β Zimmer said Friday via videoconference. βThatβs part of the plan all along, to have some extra guys. Weβll be all right.β
{Whew! Thank god I signed that 5-year deal!} - Thoughts from Zim <<< Might become a weekly (weakly??) feature.

Sarge: Viking injuries ARE serious. Teams bring their best against the Vikings, as we are THEE litmus test for them.
Every team checks their schedule to see if they got "The Test" on it, and plan there season goals accordingly.
We need everyone up for these battles. Packer fans wouldn't understand.
The most delusional fans in sports.
What's even funnier is idiot Jaymo quotes Paul Allen as saying he's never seen anything like it in all his years of football broadcasting.
He might want to look west to the last loser of the Super Bowl for something far more serious.

There was another guy the thought was overweight. So the Vikings cut him. GB picked him up and he helped GB win a SB. His name was Gilbert Brown.

That's because Sackus is a champion pot stirrer. He isn't delusional like Jaymo. I appreciate that quality.
Now "The Test" is a bit more like a visit from Eddie.

Yeah, Pierce is a different, lazy, worthless POS altogether.
My rational Viking fan Bro-in-law has been saying for years they should scrap their damn team and actually build around a real QB.
The hilarious thing about it all is if they actually got Lawrence they'd still put a horseshit Oline in front of him and let him get murdered because Zimmer is such a defensive mastermind they'll just keep pumping high contract/high picks into defense and then say they're a running team.
More Comic Gold: Niners would've won the Super Bowl if Cousins was there instead of Jimmy G.
I can't say they're wrong about that. Cousins could at least Trent Dilfer it even if he was bouncing like a bunny rabbit outside of the pocket at the slightest pressure. Jimmy G did that AND couldn't complete a fucking pass. I'm not sure I've ever seen a performance like that in a playoff game and we've seen Favre throw 150 INTs to the Rams in one game.
The problem with 9er's picking up Cousins is he would have to play 16 regular season games.
The Niners initially wanted Kirk Cousins and then they got the great trade for only a second round pick for Jimmy cousinsπ
I think I would've taken Jimmy Cousins too. The Original Cousins already showed his futility for years. Gawdy numbers, no results. At least they may have had a chance to coach up Jimmy Cousins but that seems like folly now.

No fair, Yooper looked so hard to find anything about the delusions of trading Kirkland Cousins.
1). The Purple ftw guy seems to think at the 49ers would want to trade for Cousins. Why? What has Cousins shown, so far, that the 49ers would want? How much of Cousins contract would the 49ers have to pay in order to get Cousins?
2). The purple ftw guy wants the vikings to tank this season, after only two games, in order to get a trade made with Cousins going to the 49ers and minnesota getting Lawrence in the draft with the 1st pick. I'd love to see Spielman attempt to pull something like this, off! It would be like the Herschel Walker trade and signing Cousins to $90 trillion, all rolled into one!
3). And now for the big question: If the purple ftw guy knows anything about football, why is he a vikings fan?
