I like Hill too. Hope they are willing to give KR/WR David Moore another look as he had good showing vs Vikes last season when Atari was on covid list.  Leroy Butler said he's had issues with fumbling but he has 5 yrs NFL experience. When Atari returned the next week he actually fielded punts and ran forward. Competition is good.

I'm so pessimistic about the future of this team my reaction is..  too late dipshits.

Let's say we crack the top 10 in teams in 22.   I don't see a probable road through this cap situation  where it is going to fucking matter and it's just going to piss me off even more that MLF fucked the situation so bad in 21.

So be pessimistic Patty.  MLF fucked nothing in 21. Murphy and Ballz did that.  Give your fucking brain some oxygen and wake it up.   JFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I look at it like slap as much shit together as you can and see what you get.  I'm not particularly hopeful either as this organization only seems to learn in the most painful way possible.  Here's to hoping they've been punched in the face enough to actually commit all the way and cross your fingers.

It's a good step.  Even a shit team shouldn't have ST this atrocious.

As the old saying goes, its better to be pissed off than pissed on. You seem to get the later frequently around here. Just sayin.

I'd like to see them take a flier on a guy like Ezra Gray (RB, Alabama State). He's listed at 5'7" 174#, so he's no big, but he's a blazer who can return kicks and a good receiver. Plus, they probably only need to spend a 7th on him, possibly a UDFA

Since we are going the personal attack route, you might be the dumbest son of a bitch on this board.

MLF hired Mo after firing his direct superior the year before.  He may not have been able to get who he wanted but it’s highly unlikely that Murphy / Ball told him that he has to hire the assistant to the coach he just shit canned.  Think it through dipshit.

Then after 12 weeks of horrendous performance, he had a chance to make a move during the bye week.   This is not unheard of for teams with a coordinator ranking dead last by wide margins.   The friendly GB reporters were even asking questions about job security for him.  He choose to stay loyal and stick with Mo.

Special teams directly cost the team 10 points in the 13-10 playoff loss.  That is undeniably fucking it you half wit.

Piss away.   This feels like the end of era and I’m sour that we don’t have more to show for it.  I’m not the only one.

Poor Mgt / Coaching might make Rodgers legacy so it’s only tad better than Dan Marino and that’s a shame.

Packers had nine offensive possessions after the touchdown on the opening drive and netted three whole points. Certainly fair to criticize the abysmal special teams but the MVP QB needs to assume his share of the blame for both the loss and his legacy.

Straw man argument.   We are talking about the choice to hire and then retain Mo Drayton through the season.  Those were horrible choices by MLF and it cost us 10 points in a 13-10 game.

While there is an element of too little too late/ window of SB opportunity is closing, I'm glad Packers finally got an experienced, qualified ST coach. Now get him some solid, core ST players. MLF needs to up his game too.

Andrew Brandt often says not to sweat the cap drama, it a team wants to sign/keep someone there is always a way. We shall see who the priorities are when Packers know AR's status going forward. Either way I say $ign Campbell !! Tag Adams if necessary.

If Rodgers takes pay cut/extends contract then trade Love now, get vet backup  and ride it out. If Rodgers won't take pay cut/extension then trade him for best offer in AFC.

I'm 60/40 on trading or keeping AR, it looks like Packers are putting it on him by saying "We want Aaron back." He has seen Brady and Stafford change teams and go to Super Bowl in the 1st year, he may think that is the ticket for him.

The sooner we know the better. Either way 2022 will be an interesting season.

Stings as much as Seattle loss?

JMO, but  not even close

Packers had a sizable lead in that game in Seattle and we’re in total control until late in the 4Q.  The game was over if they simply field the onside kick.

There were literally like a dozen things in the second half of that game that had to happen for Seattle to win that game. Every aspect of the Packers failed them late - offense, defense, special teams, coaching, you name it.

SF earned that win against GB.  The Packers gave that game away to Seattle.

No doubt special teams sucked in 2021 and were a major part of the playoff loss....but it was the same special teams that were part of the wins against, S.F, Pittsburgh, Arizona, Cincinnati and the Rams.

Aaron likes to compare himself to MJ and the last dance..lf the Bulls lose game 7 of the conference finals to the Pacers in 1998 because Luc Longley had a terrible foul that gave Reggie Miller 3 shots from the line at the buzzer that end up winning the game....Longley is going to be the goat (old school goat) and Ben Cartwright might take the blame for being a terrible inside game assistant....but if Jordan only scores 15 in the game, people would point at that as a significant factor in the loss, even if Longley had been making terrible fouls all year long.

You would hope the MVP guy that counts the most against the salary cap  can make up for the weaknesses of the uneven pay scale.

Sticks and stones.  It seems I struck a nerve. No, I know I struck a nerve.  I guess MLF could have paid Rizzi out of his own pocket since Murphy/Ballz  wouldn't write the check.
