Here my take on Abbrederis, FWIW, he will suit up in Green and Gold catch a pass or two in front of family and friends at Lambeau, he will hear the cheers and ovation for a small town Wisco kid getting to play for the Packers, then on Friday he will walk away from the game.
That's what I'm rooting for. Too bad he can't stay healthy because he has a ton of heart and just enough talent.

Until payday
Here's what could save Abby's ass. He plays well, and fields punts very well, maybe breaks one.
I still think he's headed for the PS. BUT it's obvious that 84 can't field punts. Very obvious. We know Abby could (perhaps can) that's the only difference.
I am in the 'gets cut and on the PS' camp.
Since Cobb is hurt, it will be Ty against the Bores for game 1 on punt returns. Wouldn't be surprised to see Neal on KO returns.
Just IMHO.
Is it just me? Am I the only 1 who thinks Ty can do KO & PR??
I think he can do it, but how do you take the ball out of Hyde's hands on punt returns ?
I think Ty is number 1 on KR and Raijon Neal is # 2 now
On PR its gotta be Hyde- Ty -Cobb- Abby ?

Oh how long have you been sitting on that one!?
Doesn't Cervix guard the gates of Hell?
No, that's anus.
Whoa.
@AdamSchefter: Bills signed Marcel Dareus to a six-year, $108 million extension, per source.
@AdamSchefter: Marcel Dareus' deal includes $60 million in guaranteed money, highest guarantee for a non-QB in NFL history. Dareus suspended week 1, too.
@JasonLaCanfora: Bills paying up massively to retain Macell Dareus. I'm hearing the 6-year deal includes $65M in injury guarantees and $25M signing bonus...
@JasonLaCanfora: This was always one where agent/player were going to crush it. Rex isn't worried about $ and future precedent. He wants to win now and...
@JasonLaCanfora: Rex has the juice in that organization and the currency w/rookie owner. Bills owner used to be partnered w/Dareus' agent and this was top [priority].

#Vikings have lost their two best offensive linemen; one for the season (Loadholt), the other for at least half (Sullivan). Poor Teddy Bridgewater.
Can't spell elite without
@RapSheet: Sources: #Giants & QB Eli Manning are finalizing a 4-year, $84M extension that could be signed tomorrow. Just a few details to hammer out.
@RapSheet: Eli Manningâs $21M per year extension puts him right behind Russell Wilson and ahead of Philip Rivers. #Giants found the sweet spot.
I thought that was Glory Hole.
Eli's signing and the cards say, a broken heart.
Da Raiduhs sign Aldon Smith to a one-year deal.
Surprisingly, he's not currently suspended.
I don't expect that to hold very long.
Smith was just formally charged today.
@MaioccoCSN: Aldon Smith charges:
-DUI with prior conviction & refusal to submit to chemical test
-Hit & run with property damage
-Vandalism under $400
@PackersNotes: That Aldon Smith can play Sunday and Datone Jones can't is classic NFL.
Raiders are hoping for a Work Release option and will use him for home games only.
Hope Packers can get him back in camp next year.
@AdamSchefter: With health questions at QB this week, Browns signed former Packers QB Matt Blanchard to their practice squad.
He's no James Jones.

Debate on the Giants forum:
If the Packers cut James Jones, do you think we should sign him?
I'm confused. Are you being sarcastic, Fedya?
What?
Fedya is on first.
BTPOTD
He picked himself first in his fantasy blog draft.
Source: the Patriots have waived DT Khyri Thornton. Was acquired on waivers before the season. 2014 3rd round pick of Green Bay.

Can he play RT?
Billy B.
Obsessed.
@AaronNagler: Jarrett Boykin worked out for the Patriots today, per @MikeReiss.
Oh look who's still an ass-hole?
The Miami Dolphins' $114 million free agent is ignoring play calls, and it's a troubling sign for the future
Suh was largely considered the highest-profile free agent this past offseason, and he signed a record-breaking contract with the Dolphins with the belief that he would help reshape their defense and make them a playoff contender.
In the early going, however,
Suh has been lackadaisical on defense, and during the loss to the Jaguars he was ignoring coaches' play calls, according to The Miami Herald's Adam H. Beasley:
Now he's just an overpriced arsehole. Glad we don't see him anymore.
Some here were defending him when he was still in Detroit, but I really don't understand how GMs don't know better. This guy is trouble on and off the field.
