Yeah, that's enough for now. Gotta get something done here.

So the bandwagon franchise emptied their QB room for Cousins.
I look forward to their backup QB taking over after Cousins gets injured.
It'll be a fun show.
Man, why are you guys so butthurt because a top FA actually chose to play for the Vikings?
The unhinged logic is the last hour is comical.
#3 already has the Vikings demise planned when Cousins certainly goes down....if only they had Kizer.
Boris is flipping out, screaming âfake news!â all over the place.
FA hasnât even started yet.
Enjoy the season.
I'm good with it. I don't see that much more production out what they got with Case Osweiler and just like Case, his playoff experience stinks.
I hate to say it but when it comes to FA, Packers fans are like virgins at an orgy.
WHERE DO I STICK IT!!!

Yes. 48 games...since taking over for Robert Griffin III rival those of Aaron Rodgers during that time span.
So he's played 9 more games...during that time span...and still come up short.
Thanks for your help.

Dumb. Jets won't sign him. No one will till August. He's not that good.

Cousins likely will sign a three-year contract offer from the Vikings that includes roughly $86 million guaranteed, per NFL Network Insider Ian Rapoport. He likely will sign the deal by Thursday. Cousins, the star of this year's free-agent market, has improved every year in the league. His numbers over 48 games since taking over for Robert Griffin III rival those of Aaron Rodgers during that time span.
Actually, he has been much better than Rodgers. You are paying him more than Rodgers is getting paid. Best QB in the NFL.
Last 4 years.
Rodgers, 55 games, 125 TDs and 26 interceptions (record of 36-19)
Cousins, 53 games, 91 TDs and 45 interceptions (record of 25-23-1)
It is in playoff wins that he pwns Rodgers. Noticed you avoided that stat, Packer homer.
[Watching Jayblo hold his breath, and say quietly to himself. Dammit, Goalline. He's going to do it, you know.]
I think the Packers should bring in Cutler as a backup. I want in on the Smoking Jay action. Plus, the comedic value is totally worth the roster spot.
"Jay, hold this clipboard and blaze that Marlboro".

Yup, this is the bottom line, isn't it?
If Garp picks up a top notch CB, I'm good with that. I'd like to see another impact defensive signing but it's possible it could be second tier guys. All I know is neither Wilkerson (not that concerned about Wilkerson) or Johnson are showing any sign of news in the leakerverse and Packers FO has always been super secret agent types. I don't think it'll change too much under Glorp.
Same Breakford to ARZ cements the Cards' reputation as a stopover for QB's on their way to pasture. MIN not far behind.

Cousins last 48 games STARTED vs Rodgers last 48 games STARTED. I tried to help you. I really did. I even posted the stats. Iâm sorry itâs too much for you to comprehend. I really am.

Cousins: 13,176 yds, 81 TDs, 36 INTs, 97.6
Rodgers: 12,631 yds, 107 TDs, 25 INTs, 100
Now, you can talk âRodgers moneyâ if you assume Rodgers is going to be playing for $28M this year. He wonât be. Heâs being paid Garoppolo money.......
It's actually a 103.5 rating for Rodgers. You forgot the most important stat:
Rodgers: 31-17 (64%)
Cousins: 24-23-1 (51%)
Good comparison because both have had little running game and defenses that constantly underwhelm. Somehow Rodgers seems to have pulled his team to the NFCC twice during this span and Cousins...well...he made the playoffs once. Good luck! If Pat Shurmur was still there Cousins might actually have been the missing link, alas what could have been...
I'm excited to see the let down year. Vikings are good for a year then a let down for a couple years, then a good year, then more disappointment. Change the coach and the QB, and repeat.

The quote refers to the 48 game time span since Cousins took over as the starter for RG III. And Rodgers' numbers over the same time span...you know, since Cousins took over as the starter for RG III. During which, Cousins played in 9 more games than did Rodgers. And still didn't measure up.
I appreciate the help.
And how did Cousins do when he made the playoffs?
Not as well as Keenum.
Queenies had everything lined up this year and failed. Lots of pressure on Capt. Kirk to even repeat the season Case had. The Vikings Suck thread will live on to eternity!
Supposedly Packers signing Jimmy Graham to a three year contract.
The Packers intend to sign tight end Jimmy Graham to a three-year deal, sources tell ESPN.comâs Adam Schefter (on Twitter). The deal provides Aaron Rodgers with a quality red zone target at TE, something they have been seeking for years.
Last year, the Packers believed they had their answer at tight end in Martellus Bennett. That contract quickly proved to be a mistake, but the revamped Packersâ front office believes that they have a much better solution in Graham.
Heading into free agency, we had Graham ranked as the second-best tight end available. After Trey Burton agreed to terms with the Bears, Graham quickly ascended the ranks to become the No. 1 undisputed top tight end on the market.
Graham isnât quite as dynamic as he was in his prime with the Saints, but heâs still trouble for opposing defenses, as evidenced by his ten touchdowns in 2017. The Saints were eager to facilitate a reunion, but the bidding got out of hand thanks to Green Bay.

When was the last time we heard that the bidding got out of hand thanks to the Packers? I am starting to like how the new front office does business.
Oh and I do like this signing quite a bit it has been awhile since the Packers have had a TE who can work the middle and is a handful in the redzone.
Awesome news. We've needed a red zone target like that.
Looks like Rodgers has a nice new weapon...
Schaefter is also reporting Jordy is being released. That sucks
Sounds like Packers are releasing Jordy Nelson
Suck it Saints. Their fans were way confident the Saints were signing Graham
Wonder if they tried to restructure with Jordy or if they feel he's done.
Doesn't block. Also can't cut very well after knee injury. This will limit his impact.
They can always bring him back...
Jordy that is.

Oh crap.
CB is a must.
Jordy must have refused to take a pay cut.
And we're releasing Jordy. Ugh. That's tough. One of my all-time favorite Packers.
I guess they needs the money to sign Graham.
Still lots of value left in 87. He could head west.
I'd rather have Nelson than Cobb.
DH13 posted:Still lots of value left in 87. He could head west.
Seeing Jordy in a Viking uni would literally make me sick. One of my favorite all time Packers. I'm betting he comes back under new deal. If AR was pissed when Van Pelt left, he will be livid losing Jordy. Chemistry between them on the field was unreal.
Jordy had a great run. But both he and Cobb were grossly overpaid at this stage of their career.
Grahams numbers with a HOF QB are undeniable. Over 10 TDâs every season and over 10 yard pc. A 6â7 target is something Rodgers should exploit, especially in the RZ.
I wonder if they discussed this with 12...
