need advice from season ticket holders

My name has just come up on the list for the Green Package (been on since 1978) and I'm trying to decide whether to purchase 2 or 4 season tickets. Unfortunately, I now live in Virginia and it is going to be tough for me to get to GB more than once a year at this point in my life--I hope that will change later! My preference is to purchase 4 tickets, but if I do that I want to know that I can make up the $2100 per seat district user fee eventually by selling the tickets through NFL Ticket Exchange or to Packers Fan Tours. I don't have time to invest in trying to sell tickets myself and would prefer to go the officially sanctioned route. My seats would be corner end zone and mid 40s row. Are season ticket holders getting stuck with unsold seats at all? I also would like to hear whether it is much easier to improve seating in later years by getting only 2 rather than 4 tickets and whether others would recommend buying a parking pass. I would appreciate advice on any/all of these issues. I have to make decisions within a week in order to pay the district user fee by the deadline.

Should I purchase 2 or 4 Green Package season tickets?

How labor intensive is it to sell excess tickets?

I will have difficulty selling out all my excess tickets at the high corner end zone location?

How long will it take me to make up the price of the one-time $2100 per seat district user fee?

Will it be much easier to improve my seating in subsequent years if I purchase 2 rather than 4 season tickets?

If I am only going to go to one game per year for the foreseeable (10 years) future, should I purchase a parking pass?
